I asked for an holidays in South of Europe during August, they answer me that is winter... Seriously!!!

Not bad of a service. Staff are informative and friendly easy access in and out. Parking is not an issue at all. They have Costa, currency exchange and also a small convince store in the building. So yeah you are pretty sorted out.

The staff at Emirates Airlines are very sophisticated

Friendly staff, but why go there if you can book all your travel on-line nowadays. Getting there was terrible because of road constructions.

The Dnata travel shop has experienced travel agents to provide you the options that suit your budget and theme Emirates also has their own dedicated reservation office on the Mezzanine floor. Some other airlines also have their branch offices Costa Coffee has a relaxing location on the ground floor in the corner to cater to your Coffee needs and also has some tasty snacks and pastries The only issue may be that during busy times parking may be an issue while visiting the Dnata Travel shop

Horrible service have been there to ask for a 14 day itinerary to finland and no one has gotten back till now it's been 3 weeks.

To be honest, I was a loyal customer to dnata travel, I used to book all my hotels from their website but unfortunately their customers satisfaction is the last think they care about! My problem started 2 months ago when I booked a hotel room and they deducted money from my Visa card and held my money, after they deducted the money they didn t send me a confirmation message as their excuse was that the hotel rate has changed and you have to pay an extra amount . Today the same issue occurred again but their excuse now is that the hotel is fully booked!!! They didn t give me options but to wait from 3-14 days for a refund! Very very very bad customer experience! My advise to you is to look for a different travel agency.
