The DC Ranch Security guards that park at Homestead Community center on Legacy Blvd. are constantly loud at all times of the day and night waking residences up that live next to the parking lot. One was even photographed exposing himself while urinating in the wash next to his car. Sean @ DC Ranch HOA refuses to do anything about this.

DMB is a 1st Class Land Developer with many beautiful developments!
Resident of Eastmark. Love the community, but DMB put out a brochure for us to review about their vision of our community. It is nothing like it. Eastmark's clubhouse and pool is too small. Promised a lot of commercial and retail. Other than a small strip mall with Safeway, nothing else planned. Did NOT live up to their hype. The developer to the south of us has done retail and we are still waiting. All they are doing now with the spaces that they said would be retail is apartments. Way too many apartments. Our for the fast buck IMHO and it doesn't even benefit Mesa, which is even worse. Total lack of amenities for a HUGE community.
Zero integrity, no ethics and no commitment to fulfill the promisses and what they claim to stand for. I would never buy a home in a community managed by this organization. They are bait and switch.
