Overall this was not a great experience.

Overall this was not a great experience.

We were unable to make reservations online as the website was not excepting our postal code. We called and made reservations 3 months in advance via phone and were told to show up the day of and we could pay when we arrived.

When the day came, we showed up and the lady at the ticket booth told us we had to be there by 12 pm in order to pay for our tickets and that the seats with a great view we had reserved were sold before our arrival. The lady at the front decided to "Help us out" by selling us two tickets on the far wall with a terrible view.

The show was mediocre at best. The food was all over cooked and not very good except for the chicken. The dinner show is horribly over priced and holds no value.

I would not recommend this attraction to anyone.

I'm sorry but I have to counter all these 5 star reviews. I tried to have a good time, but its just not very fun if your not into blue grass or honky tonk music. We got there early because we were told of a pre show....uhhhh ya theres a pre show alright....straight out of the blue grass time machine. Not my thing at all. Not to mention this show is for old ppl or kids.....it was like walking into a bingo hall on a Saturday night. So we crossed our fingers the main show would be good because 120 dollars for two ppl isn't cheap. The food was good, but the show is too dated IMO. Its like Medieval Times, but with banjos and friendly animal races. Again great for old ppl or kids. A lot of ppl seemed to like this show, but if your from out of town and your trying to just experience the local culture...do it somewhere else. Save your money and go buy some moonshine or something else. Hate to sound negative, but I wish someone would of wrote a review like this to help me make a more educated decision.

My family and I had a great time at the show. We called ahead for tickets and that went well when we picked them up at the box office. One note to everyone, show up early so you do not get caught up in the photo line. Now, about the photos, (you listening management?) for all the time and staff needed to take the pictures I imagine with the prices of the photos they don't sell a high percentage of what they take. For example, our group took three separate photo groups based on what the photographer recommended. Later in the show we get the prints and are told to examine them. Those three sets of photos would have cost over $90. We politely declined upon hearing the price of 12 photos to which the employee seemed to get disgruntled about. The business appears to center around selling a small amount at a high margin to cover costs of the higher percentage that don't sell. If management lowered the cost, maybe $10 per set I guarantee they would sell over 95% of the photos they take the time to print for every show. This is what ruined a perfect night in my opinion.

The show was fun for everyone in the group. Food was great and eating with your hands did not take too much away from the show.

Please management fix the photos. You have a gold mine there that is not being tapped because of it being grossly over priced.

Server was nice. Seats were not the best. We could not see the big screen when they used it so I would recomend not sitting in the areas closest to the entrance for the horses. The first row is not ideal for children because they can't see the show when the performance is close to the wall.

Show was great, however they would not give my wife a water with her Sprite. I understand not giving say a Coke and a Sprite at the same time, but it's pretty ridiculous that you can't get a water with your drink.

Had our second trip here this last July, it was just as awesome as the first time, the food was the same selection as before but it was better prepared this time, delicious! My oldest son got to participate in the chicken chase this time and he had an absolute blast and he helped our side win! I am disappointed they caved to liberals and changed the name and removed Dixie , but it s still a very American/patriotic inspired show. Absolutely worth the money!

Amazing food! Amazing entertainment!

There was a little hiccup during the play, the microphone wasn't working for some reason, but they kept going and acted like it was part of the play. The staff was amazing, funny, and very quick! Extremely recommended for a fun experience and great food!

This is THE show to go to in the Smoky Mountains! The show is top-notch and has a very fun, country-feeling vibe. The food is also AMAZING: the soup mainly is to die for. Make sure you arrive early for the pre-show as it's pretty fantastic itself!

It's a nice place to go for a family outing. It would be nice if they were able to mix it up a bit for repeat visitors and the picture prices are way to high especially when it's the same shot just laid over a different background 5 times which usually looks cheesy, not to mention if you don't buy they will trash them. Also they shouldn't be trying to sell them to you during the show, it's impossible to pay attention to them and watch the show. The food and the tea is always good. I like the way they have the kids come out and interact some and kids love the farm animals.

Loved the horses and performance. The food was pretty good, but you have to eat with your hands. I did not like how closely we were seated. I could have used a little more elbow room. All in all, it was a good experience.

And if this is what she needs to keep her parks running she should pay her employees more !!!! I've talked to some and all the have to do for what they make an't worth it .

I know this review isn't going to tell you much that the other reviews haven't already told you, but I figured I'd reiterate the point. This is a wonderful experience for kids and adults alike and I highly suggest that you visit. We got to enjoy the Christmas show, which was themed around Christmas and a competition between the North and South Pole.

Our food was really good. Bare in mind that you use your hands to eat everything. Also, I sat next to a woman who had dietary restrictions for dairy and gluten. Our server really did go out of his way to make sure she was taken care of. It was a really nice thing to see.
