The show was excellent, really enjoyed the performance and performers. Giving a mixed review because the food was ok, not great. Also, not very kid friendly at all. For adults, only drink options were 3 kinds of soda or tea. Who drinks soda anymore? No option for beer or wine, even paid. Overall, family had a nice time, but left hungry.

Super

It's like Medieval Times with some fun twists. There were some terrific displays of horsemanship, some standard tourist-town Americana patriotism, and only one brief mention of the golden age of chivalry and mint juleps in the south.

I was a little unsure about booking this one, as the thought of people cheering on the confederacy didn't sit well (I did make sure our seats were on the north side), but it wasn't as bad as I thought. If you can get past the blue and gray waiters' uniforms, the rivalry is presented as a good-natured nonspecific north-south rivalry. I was the only one in my group who seemed to find it awkward at all.

The food was plentiful and the choreographed entry of the waiters was a fun surprise. The dinner included an entire cornish hen, a slice of pork loin, a creamy soup (some people rave about it, but to me it was like drinking gravy), half of a roasted potato, corn on the cob, a biscuit, and a pastry for dessert. They brought take-out bags for the chicken because hardly anyone can eat all that. It was all well-prepared, and while I'm not a big fan of the soup, I thought everything else was quite tasty. They also have vegetarian and GF meals. Our waiter (Blake), kept our drinks full the entire time.

The biggest downside to the show to me was the seating. You are assigned a section and row and everyone in that section/row is on one long bench built into the floor of the next section up. That means if you arrive at the wrong end or at the wrong time, you're sliding, sliding, sliding to the middle of the bench (because you aren't allowed enter it from the middle). You're also crammed onto a long bench with a bunch of other people. Paying extra for preferred seating will get you a bench closer to the entertainment, but it won't keep you from getting stuck sliding to the center of the bench. Heaven help you if you're in the middle and have to run to the restroom before the performance is over!

I've seen several medieval-type horse shows in various cities. This one had a recognizably similar format, but had some fun surprises in store, including rodeo favorites like barrel racing. I enjoyed it much more than I expected to!

Love it

An amazing show and the food was beyond expectation (honestly thought I was paying for the show and not the food, but I was gladly mistaken). Well worth every cent! The only thing I would recommend is to bring some cash to tip your waiter they work the entire time along the row to make the show and food seamless for you, but you cannot use a card to add a tip for them which is something I find lacking.

Also, you will eat with your hands, in case you didn t know that yet.

While conflicted over the North vs the South, the show was very good. Beautiful horses. Skilled riders. Great food. I recommend getting seated in Sunshine' s area. Sunshine was the best waitress anyone could ask for. And Skeeter was the star of the show.

Stampede is a cute show for kids. The food was pretty good, not spectacular but based on the volume they are serving not bad. My daughter's, 3 and 8, loved every moment of the show, the biggest problem was getting them to eat rather than stare open mouthed. The only "criticism" is when the show is over they funnel everyone out one door, through the gift shop of course, which takes a while to leave.

Great family dinner attraction. Our kids absolutely love this place. 4th visit in 1.5yrs. My little girl loves the horses and on our first trip my boy got to be part of the show. Don't forget to come back for the Christmas show as well will not disappoint.

So much fun! The dinner show was great, very entertaining. Food was good but I did not like eating with my hands! Next visit I will have disposable utensils in my bag! Very messy! We had a whole chicken for each person! My sister was tearing hers apart and flung a piece at my husband! So funny! In the beginning we we're all in a room waiting, some people were asked if they wanted drinks and something to eat, the rest of us were just there. There was no flagging them down either. Later we found that you could have gone up yourself. Not very clear as to what to do. It would have been nice to know! It was fun though.

Food is Waaaaaay better than Paula deens and i got a couple shows out of it for all the waiting :)

The show was great, the crooked south cheated and won(being sarcastic). The show was amazing, the talent level of the rider and performers is top notch.

If you havent been here, you need to. I would come back because it was a great experience all together.....except when the crooked southerners won .
