Huge Fan of this place! Heather worked with us for weeks. She brought an RV down from another state, we decided we didn t want that one, and then she brought another RV from another state down for us to check out. She not once made us feel like we were driving her crazy for making her jump through hoops to help us find the perfect travel trailer! She understood completely the the importance of finding the best RV to make our future family trips fun and memorable!

We showed up without an appointment to check out a couple of specific fifth wheels that we had in mind. We were paired with Stan who did an amazing job hosting us around for about 2 1/2 hours giving us the nitty-gritty on everything that we had asked about. We liked the honesty and openness that he used when we were asking about comparisons and details of other things. He was very knowledgeable and wasn t pushy at all which was a nice relief. He was also very understanding when we said that we weren t looking to buy right now, we were just window shopping. But with our experience with him, when we are ready to buy we will definitely be going back to Stan!

My boyfriend and I bought our first RV today from Great American RV. Our salesman was Ben and he was amazing at understanding our budget and showing us travel trailers that would fit our lifestyle. He was very much in our corner, great at communicating changes and updates during the financing process. Ben really should be given a raise for how hard he worked for us, he even communicated with us after hours when we were nervous about the financing process, he really was the best. I also want to send some appreciation to Jay as he also worked hard for us to get the best possible financing. All of the employees we encountered were kind and helpful. I also would love to give props to our Service Tech who walked us through the RV and taught us all the features and the steps for caring for the RV (I'm sorry I cant remember his name). All of the people who worked with us were amazing!

We had a brake emergency; Michael was understanding and compassionate about our problem; he worked us in that day. Cody is amazing. He worked so hard in the rain to fix our brake issue. Cody then found an even more dangerous situation with our brakes that we were not aware of. Our brake pad was completely broken. He showed us, then completely explained everything before he fixed it. Cody made sure our vehicle was safe before letting us go. They were so busy but made us feel comfortable; offered us drinks. We are grateful they cared about our family's safety.

Heather rocks! She makes things happen! She knows what she is doing. 5 stars are too low for her. However, since this is max She gets 5 stars . She is a true asset to the company. She is timely, dependent, honest, and yet fun to work with. I will sure recommend her to others.

My experience with Great American RV was the best ever! Nolan S. went out of his way to help and make sure my questions were answered as a new owner of an RV. Tabatha was my salesperson and she was wonderful. The entire staff was helpful every step and I recommend this location if you are considering purchasing an RV as they are very knowledgeable and patient with new owners.
