My boyfriend and I bought our first RV today from Great American RV. Our salesman was Ben and he was amazing at understanding our budget and showing us travel trailers that would fit our lifestyle. He was very much in our corner, great at communicating changes and updates during the financing process. Ben really should be given a raise for how hard he worked for us, he even communicated with us after hours when we were nervous about the financing process, he really was the best. I also want to send some appreciation to Jay as he also worked hard for us to get the best possible financing. All of the employees we encountered were kind and helpful. I also would love to give props to our Service Tech who walked us through the RV and taught us all the features and the steps for caring for the RV (I'm sorry I cant remember his name). All of the people who worked with us were amazing!
