Thank you Michael and Cody for the 5 star customer service. Professional and thorough.
We had a brake emergency; Michael was understanding and compassionate about our problem; he worked us in that day. Cody is amazing. He worked so hard in the rain to fix our brake issue. Cody then found an even more dangerous situation with our brakes that we were not aware of. Our brake pad was completely broken. He showed us, then completely explained everything before he fixed it. Cody made sure our vehicle was safe before letting us go. They were so busy but made us feel comfortable; offered us drinks. We are grateful they cared about our family's safety.
