I enjoy working for Dit is Wijs.
In the 2016-2017 school year, I completed a number of longer assignments and took on additional days.
The nice thing is that Dit is Wijs manages to find a good balance between personal interest and the interests of the schools.
You can and may discuss your personal preference. I feel like an employee here and not a pawn.
At the end of last school year I entered into a long-term replacement through Dit is Wijs. I will be joining this school soon. From substitute to team member!
I am very happy with this.
