Large large room with a view to pool or swimming pool. Old building and need more attention to keep up at high standard. The location is just right, close to anywhere and worryless to catch a flight.

The best thing is the quiet scenic beauty of the sea... Breathtaking view, nothing obstructing your view to sea... Right in the center of Kuta for easy access to everything yet inside it's calm enough to make you relaxed like an out of town resort... Best of both worlds... I recommend it for honeymoon and family vacation...
If I had to be nitpicking...
WiFi signs out every time we get out of room, you have to sign up again and again every where you go in the hotel. Bit tiring after a while, should be a better way...

A short drive from the airport and you can be in a surprisingly tranquil setting. Great location on the beachfront, but not on the main Kuta drag. The beachfront is quiet compared with main Kuta beach, and at high tide there is no sand. The pool is lovely with a swim up bar. There are plenty of deck chairs and towels are handed out at the pool. The rooms are a little dated, but clean and a good size. The bathrooms are also a little dated but have large showers and again are clean. Balconies are also a good size and our room had great views over the pool area and out to the sea. TV's in the room have all of the usual channels found in most of Asia's hotels and great AC for the hotter evenings. Breakfast offered a good spread catering to most tastes (Western and Asian). If you want to be in Kuta, but not in the thick of the hussle and bussel of the town, this hotel is perfectly located. It is about a 10min walk into the town along the seafront, and about 15mins if you walk along the roads behind the hotel.
