the hotel is filthy. its a very non-bali hotel, with a sad looking pool in the middle, that doesnt look healthy to swim in. the bathrooms are in serious need of renovation, and there is mould and animals in the roof. the breakfast isnt good either.

Almost perfect as a five star hotel, have a big swimming pol, view was so wonderful and stunning direct to the beach, gym equipment complete enough, the staffs were friendly. Naomi as a receptionist was very very helpfull and served from the heart. And the most important she had a smilling face, thats what guest need when they arrived at hotel and check in. But the biggest concern from this hotel is dont be surprise if you find several baby cockraches in your room, so nasty and disgusted. When we tried to complain they gave not make sense reason such as they said this is because in summer season, how come? in May was summer season in Bali, the second because this hotel had a big garden. Come on, if the management handle the pest control very well, this wont happen.
Location, room, view, good service. The officers are all friendly. But ... checking in and checking out took a long time ... just like at Discovery Hotel Jakarta ... long time ago. Want to check out the queue to be one with Check in ... sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo????!!!!!!!!? ... I want to check out the queue in one with Check in ... it's been a long time, fortunately helped by the staff by the hotel bli who is guarding the bell boy post, I was helped by the process of checking out because it was too long. A nice ocean front resort in the heart of Kuta tourist district. This hotel belongs to the same group as Borobudur Hotel in Jakarta. Hence the similar standard of service and interior.

This is a great hotel in Bali. Been there once on my company's award trip. The view is very nice and the breakfast is perfect!
The parking lot is spacious, clean enough, the tenants are quite complete, holding lots of exciting events. Hopefully in the future there will be more events. Just suggestions for directions to the toilet are even more clarified, because I was confused when I went there.

Old hotel, facilities are a bit dated but still good. The hinterland is large and there are children's play facilities suitable for the whole family. There is a department store next to it, which is very convenient.
