DRS was professional and there when we needed them. I have used them on multiple jobs and always need happy.

I first met Matt and Michelle through my contractor in 2013 when I had a pipe burst under my kitchen sink. It was an awful mess! They came in tested in all the nooks and crannies for moisture and in no time, came in with the humidifiers and fans and the same with my crawlspace. All of the insulation was damaged as well. They were professional as well as, kind and compassionate towards me who was really out of sorts with all the nightmare I was contending with. They dried everything out, treated for mold and replaced my insulation in the crawlspace. They pay attention to details and are very meticulous!

I was soooo happy with their job that a couple of years later believe it or not, I suffered another leak in the kitchen with the dishwasher I immediately called them to remedy my situation and again, they did the same EXCELLENT job! I was happy to see them again as well because they feel like old friends! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR RECOVERY NEEDS!! I'VE REFERRED THEM TO FOLK IN NEED OF THEIR SERVICES AND WHO WERE JUST AS HAPPY AS I. I WILL USE THEM ALWAYS, IF NEEDED but hopefully, no time soon Thanks Disaster Recovery Specialists!

A big thank you to Matt and Michelle for fixing my nightmare! I was out of town on business and had a water heater blow flooding my kitchen, bedroom and dining area. It happenened at 10pm at night. My wife had seen their truck in our neighborhood (DRS ) and contacted them not knowing what to do. Matt walked through the process of fixing the problem, mitigating the loss, and dealing with the insurance. All was taken care of before I made it back from my trip. Clarification: I have a ranch style condo with the water heater in the garage. It malfunctioned and leaked water into my laundry room, kitchen, living room and bedroom. It was noticed late at night and DRS helped us get a plumber to fix the issue, then deal with the fallout and keep us from having mold issues.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. They did a great job at a great price.

Matt and his team were lifesavers!!! When a water line in our house broke and flooded both floors of our house they were there for us. I was totally freaked out and they were so reassuring. They communicated with us as well as our insurance adjuster as to a plan and our needs. Hopefully you never have a need but if you do they are the guys to call!!!
