A big thank you to Matt and Michelle for fixing my nightmare! I was out of town on business and had a water heater blow flooding my kitchen, bedroom and dining area. It happenened at 10pm at night. My wife had seen their truck in our neighborhood (DRS ) and contacted them not knowing what to do. Matt walked through the process of fixing the problem, mitigating the loss, and dealing with the insurance. All was taken care of before I made it back from my trip. Truly an underpromise and over deliver operation. Thanks again DRS! I hope I dont need you again but if I do.....

Clarification: I have a ranch style condo with the water heater in the garage. It malfunctioned and leaked water into my laundry room, kitchen, living room and bedroom. It was noticed late at night and DRS helped us get a plumber to fix the issue, then deal with the fallout and keep us from having mold issues.
