I first met Matt and Michelle through my contractor in 2013 when I had a pipe burst under my kitchen sink. It was an awful mess! They came in tested in all the nooks and crannies for moisture and in no time, came in with the humidifiers and fans and the same with my crawlspace. All of the insulation was damaged as well. They were professional as well as, kind and compassionate towards me who was really out of sorts with all the nightmare I was contending with. They dried everything out, treated for mold and replaced my insulation in the crawlspace. They pay attention to details and are very meticulous!

I was soooo happy with their job that a couple of years later believe it or not, I suffered another leak in the kitchen with the dishwasher I immediately called them to remedy my situation and again, they did the same EXCELLENT job! I was happy to see them again as well because they feel like old friends! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR RECOVERY NEEDS!! I'VE REFERRED THEM TO FOLK IN NEED OF THEIR SERVICES AND WHO WERE JUST AS HAPPY AS I. I WILL USE THEM ALWAYS, IF NEEDED but hopefully, no time soon Thanks Disaster Recovery Specialists!
