Tanya Willson was most helpful to us in selecting vertical blinds for our kitchen. She also went out of her way multiple times, and promptly, to obtain nformation on various dining sets that we were interested in purchasing. Her pleasant personality was also an asset!

Barbara Campbell was very helpful. She noticed that one of the requested items had been assigned an incorrect delivery address and corrected the information promptly.

I have been a memb er for several years they have alot of great stuff that we use everyday just cheaper. It is a little different without the showrooms anymore, but the concierge service is great! I had help from Jennifer B today and she was great easy to talk to very knowledgeable and got me all of the information that I requested. Great experience.

Just purchased a bunch of blinds, with the help of Tanya Willson from Direct Buy in Ottawa. This lady is amazing, she knows her stuff and was so helpful in helping us choose the right blinds for our home .

I have been with Direct Buy for over 15 years. In the beginning, I was unsure, but with demise of brick and mortar stores, this is no different than any online buying. The prices are phenomenal and after a home remodel last year, I saved over $5,000 alone in kitchen appliances. I buy everything I can at Direct Buy. The only limit is that if you have a specific supplier in mind, they may not carry that brand. But, this is not a big problem.

Barbara Campbell of the Canadian Concierge Shopping Desk was very helpful in finding the answer to my question and in getting an erroneous entry on the website fixed. Unfortunately, it was not the answer that I wanted to see, but it was accurate and at least the website is now correct. Oh well.

I have found the service with Direct Buy to be amazing. Very helpful in helping me find something that I was unable to source on my own (in stores or searching the internet). Highly highly recommend joining Direct Buy!

I never got contacted with the information I requested about appliance purchases. I went on line and got them from Costco with zero delay.
I will not be renewing my membership. Service is poor and pricing is not better.

Tanya Wilson was wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable around window coverings. She is quick to respond and always a pleasure to work with. If you are looking at adding some window coverings to your home, she is your go to and you are guaranteed a good experience!

I've belonged to DirectBuy for 20 years. I've purchased a lot at times a just few items at others. This past experience has been one of my worse ones yet. I'm not being kept informed, I'm not getting answers and my pricing has been inconsistent with very little help from the office. We'll see how long it takes now to get what I ordered.

Purchased several interior blinds, varying sizes, fabric, styles and so on. Tanya Wilson from DB Greater Ottawa was provided excellent service! I recently received final order for two outdoor blinds, and again Tanya came thrpugh. No easy thing getting blinds ordered correctly via email.
