Carla O has been very helpful. I have used the on line ordering process many times and never had a problem with it till I tried this time. I entered a "ship to" address and when I finalized the order the confirmation came back showing my Meridian address in stead. I was told the ship to address can't be changed and I had to cancel the order and start over. I have asked Carla O to process the order so I can be sure of the proper ship to address.

What a star employee you have in Barbara Campbell, concierge agent in Toronto. We had an urgent request to cancel a home improvement product that was 5 months on order with no arrival date in site to exchange it for a product in stock. The process with Direct Buy to get the paperwork done within a short time frame to meet our installers date was frustrating at first. Then Barbara took charge of our file and accomplished it all within hours. She kept us up to date every step of the way. We are so grateful to her for her top notch professionalism. You don't get that kind of customer service very often these days and Barbara excels at it.

I'm very tired 11 year member of the CONSTANT hassle. I send a detailed request with an attachment (literally painted a picture) and still the concierge service can't comprehend what I'm asking for. I truly hate complaining but honestly, this system stinks! We are forced to go through your design/concierge services but they can't even read a detailed email, that should have eliminated a hassle. You can see from the questions I was asked she didn't read the entire email. I have read this entire exchange to several people and everyone gets what I'm requesting but the concierge service. This is our 2nd. big renovation using this service but I'm honestly questioning the benefit of it. What a crock!!! Concierge is great when it works but this clearly isn't working.
