Got a loan working with Wade Albers, he was great to work with and was able to get our loan with a great rate before our deadline which was incredible. He answered all of our many questions right away and was always friendly and professional. He communicated well thru out the process and was always available, we highly recommend him.
I have been trying to view my mortgage balance for about a week now. The online system does not recognize my loan number. I waited on their corporate line on hold for about 30 minutes and decided to call the local branch. The guy who answered was a complete jerk (I would use a different expletive but am trying to be polite) and ended up hanging up on me without providing any information. He clearly felt he was far above helping me. As I write this, I am another 30 minutes into holding on the corporate line. This should not be this hard and I am extremely disappointed with the support from Direct Mortgage Corp.
Natalia and her team were just amazing to work with. With Utah's first time home buyers programs frozen she worked so hard to get us a loan that met our needs! And despite so mqnu hiccups (corona, massive wind storm, holiday) we still closed on time. 100% would recommend her !
Ashley Pacheco with Direct Mortgage is seriously EXCEPTIONAL. She was so easy to get a hold of, answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly, and is an absolutely amazing human being. Had a great experience with Direct Mortgage and will recommend to anyone in the future. They were very professional and we felt like our loan officer Scott had our best interest. They never provided a copy of my loan signing. Not even digitally. Zero follow up even after I notified them. Their online system is garbage. No useable app that I can find. Impossible to login. I can barely tell I have a loan with them. There's no option for principle only payments. They force you to make full payments with additional principle. I swear loan companies do all this on purpose so that they can rack up more interest on their customers. Sell off my loan already.
It was a bit rocky towards the closing of our loan getting everything wrapped up with some of the PMI companies and others the lenders use taking longer, but I am grateful Ben Draper came through for us when we needed to get the signing of our mortgage done. Thank you Ben!
5 stars for that, and the rates were killer. Michael Visser with axent funding brokered it through them and gave us unbeatable rates and minimal fees compared to anyone else I shopped with including all the big ones like academy and intercap and quicken, etc.
