They never provided a copy of my loan signing. Not even digitally. Zero follow up even after I notified them. Their online system is garbage. No useable app that I can find. Impossible to login. I can barely tell I have a loan with them. There's no option for principle only payments. They force you to make full payments with additional principle. I swear loan companies do all this on purpose so that they can rack up more interest on their customers. Sell off my loan already.
