For my partners birthday I get to buy a bag online...

For my partners birthday I get to buy a bag online (where I thought the service wasn t that smooth and many issues with the system) which I make the delivery at boutique on Avenue Montaigne .

I have no time I must run to the shop to get the gift on time
I get greeted by Valerie lovely lady i tell her I m here to collect a gift a bag she replies we don t yet have this service at shop!
But I need the bag...
WHAT a fast reaction of Valerie. She get calling back the shop in Montaigne but perhaps all staff is about to leave. She doesn t give up and request someone to put the bag in taxi I m still unsure however in 5mins the bag is on its way so I can seat and relax.
Vincent who also is the menswear Manager at forefront assisting and finding solutions.
So I want to THANK both Valerie & Vincent for their priceless help. Thank you Dior for employing only the best people.

Indeed, beautiful and bold new collection sublimely staged with these riders.
On the other hand, very warm and professional welcome by the team of councilors and especially a warm and sincere thanks to Beatrice. It was definitely a very pleasant experience.

My husband went on the 25/08 to the boutique avenu...

My husband went on the 25/08 to the boutique avenue Montaigne to make a purchase.
First of all, he walked around the shop for a while without anybody taking care of him while your saleswomen were grouped and talked to each other, then the person who served him was not at all pleasant and makes this experience for him a bad memory, he is not used to the shop is me usually and he is not ready to reiterate at Dior anyway.
Did the two have to ask him if he wanted a bag? It's a joke? What does the pair of shoes carry in his hand ?? In addition he said it was for a gift, no gift packaging was made not even the simple ribbon that closes the shopping bag.
To top it off he asked twice for a glass of water before someone deigned to bring him.
Coming from a house like yours, such service is truly lamentable, luxury is not only the high prices it is the service.
We are extremely disappointed with Dior.

Not very friendly or polite when you are a typical customer. I would have bought if I would have been welcomed, but since it was not the case ... because the salespeople judge on the appearance ... except that I would have been a good customer. Too bad for you. I would not stay there again.

A magical place where employees know how to welcome you, advise you, and recognize you. In terms of customer service, Dior Montaigne is the best.
Do not ignore the products .. if I listened I would buy everything!

A shame for a shop so beautiful!
Let me explain: I love Dior, so I naturally went to the shop that always made me dream! And what a disappointment! I enter the shop, the security guard opens the door and greets me (thank you to him) because after most of the salesmen did not send me a hello! Worse still they were on their phones! I understand that phones can be professional tools!
But I came to buy perfume and leather goods and maybe a watch!
Perfume: the saleswoman was on his Facebook clearly, and slumped on the counter!
At the leather goods store two vendors were on their phones talking about their potential plans!
I understand that visually I am not the rich man wanted by their potential clientele!
Nevertheless, I still bought my perfume and my bag but at the Champs Elysees shop for perfume and on the Internet for my bag!
I would not put a foot in this shop Avenue Montaigne! Even a Zara salesman is more pro than these "sellers"

It's a wonderful boutique with very nice staff. It was an amazing experience shopping there. The Lady that served me was helpful and nice, I was treated like a queen. She told me everything about all I wanted to see. Explained me what I needed to know. It was my birthday, and when ladies found that out I was gifted chocolates and champagne. I feel like that's all what luxury shopping should be. Plus, this boutique itself is a very beautiful place and that just makes everything better. Recommend.

Come in and admire! If you are part of the lucky 1% buy as well, otherwise you will come out happy anyway, with the feeling of having visited a wonderful museum. You will not be treated like beggars, because kindness is at home, like elegance!

We came this Sunday, May 26 Mom's Day to buy a loop Dior eye with my brother, everything was well run, nice welcome, but the moment I left to pay at the cash register, the buckle Oreil cost me 320 euros I give all tickets well calculate 2 times but the cashier she told me that he missed 20 euros I did not see him count by what I was talking with my brother, at the beginning I told myself is odd yet I have counted so I have to give 20 euros more! and when I returned I recalculate my money in my wallet I missed 20 euros! So I do not know it was the cashier who has a bad account or how, I am disappointed anyway of his ..... the time before we left Dior's home is 16h we are between 15h30 in the afternoon shop thank you to check anyway.

I have just returned from Paris and I was happy to go to the Dior shop. I was strong on it !!! Home nonexistent, salespeople unpleasant and not smiling ... In short the picture was pitiful. I wanted to buy a bag I went out with nothing. As much this summer at the shop of St Tropez I had a very pleasant time so much there .... I will not go back for anything in the world.

I went to this specific Dior location because their customer service line called them to put earrings on hold for me and recommended this location. It is the flagship location so you think they would have decent service. When I got there, the greeters as well as earring person didn t know of the reservation and didn t even check if there was one. Luckily there was a pair available. She barely showed them to me which was weird, that is your job. Like other luxury stores she held them for me while I went to another shopkeeper to buy makeup. The makeup lady was much friendlier and provided better service but was a bit distracted even though it wasn t very busy. It s also weird that they don t try the makeup on you, this is standard at Chanel and I end up buying more at Chanel because they recommend products as they go. Luckily I knew what I wanted. THE WORST PART: I got home and one of the earrings was defective! And in a completely obvious way. Luckily I am in Paris still. It gets worse as I went back the next day, a Sunday, which I know often things are closed but their website and main customer service said they would be open. They were not! I won t be buying Dior anymore and will be turning my friends away from the brand in the future.

Better not to be in a hurry. The wait is long, treeeeees long. The attitude of the staff does not fix things. We had the impression to disturb or to have entered someone without invitation. A shop to avoid.
