I went to this specific Dior location because their customer service line called them to put earrings on hold for me and recommended this location. It is the flagship location so you think they would have decent service. When I got there, the greeters as well as earring person didn t know of the reservation and didn t even check if there was one. Luckily there was a pair available. She barely showed them to me which was weird, that is your job. Like other luxury stores she held them for me while I went to another shopkeeper to buy makeup. The makeup lady was much friendlier and provided better service but was a bit distracted even though it wasn t very busy. It s also weird that they don t try the makeup on you, this is standard at Chanel and I end up buying more at Chanel because they recommend products as they go. Luckily I knew what I wanted. THE WORST PART: I got home and one of the earrings was defective! And in a completely obvious way. Luckily I am in Paris still. It gets worse as I went back the next day, a Sunday, which I know often things are closed but their website and main customer service said they would be open. They were not! I won t be buying Dior anymore and will be turning my friends away from the brand in the future.
