Great place for anything you need for your restaurant or bar. They always have what im looking for.

Good selection of restaurant food preparation equipment. We were disappointed that their selection of baking items was limited. They also have freezers, refrigerators, ranges and other food preparation appliances. They also have a good selection of used equipment. Their location is easy to see from Preston Highway and they plenty of parking. The staff is friendly and helpful.

One stop shop for restaurants. Hours could be better to accommodate you need supplies and parts in a pinch.

Had quite a bit of issues regarding the new hood system we installed as back in 2016 as it had a leak. I was able to contact Dennis from the customer service department who helped me tremendously, by getting the problem fixed within a week of contact. Although we had the problem for a while (before warranty), he was able to fix the problem without any extra charge. I would high recommend people to avoid Rick, and go directly to Dennis if they run into any issues. Overall, I deeply appreciated the help and service they provided and will be looking forward to working with them in the near future.

Dismissive. I have lots of clean working equipment. I get a response of not interested before they even know what I have.

This place was top google result for we buy restaurant equipment. Someone else should get that search standing because these people are not interested in buying restaurant equipment.

I think the problem is the want people who are desperate and/or stupid so they can get equipment for nearly nothing. That is probably common enough that they are not interested in equipment they cannot get for nearly free.

Great place to shop. Although I arrived a few minutes before closing they were patient and very nice.

Working with the Dine Company was a great experience all around; from working with their creative design team, equipment selection support and knowledge, onsite installation team, startup inspection and punchout team, equipment commission coordination and onsite training support. Dine Company was a major contributor to the success of our project.

I'm not a restaurant owner, I'm just a guy that likes to cook and likes good deals. This store has an amazing selection of anything and everything you could want to stock your kitchen, and they have some fantastic prices.

Definitely worth a look!

we bought a new refrigerator and less than 3 weeks after we bought it it leaked water and we tried to get it fixed they said no and we argued adn they still didn't fix it so VERY HORRIBLE costumer service

Nice place with everything you'd need for a restaurant and a place to pick up cheap odds and ends as a home cook.

Word of advice: In the future, don't hire people telling them that you're "willing to teach and train", only to let them go a short time later because it's suddenly decided that the learning curve is too big , and therefore you don't have time to teach and train anymore (even when said person was constantly being told they were learning it and doing well).
Exercise the foresight to hire someone with all the skills you realized you needed after all, in the first place, and you won t have the issues I was ultimately let go *and*, I feel, made to feel blamed over.
This is something that's happening at lots of companies, as I'm noticing among my peers as well, but that doesn't make it right.

I love this place. It's magnificent!!! I'll be going back in a couple of weeks. I'm going to get me a deep fryer and a few other goodies. Woo-hoo!!!

Helpful staff and great selection. This was the seventh store I went to to find a 2-gallon food storage container.

Whether you are a professional chef or just someone who likes to cook this id definately the store for you!

Everything got delivered, it was a little late but better late then never, only thing they have to work on is better communication with they customers, everybody should be treated the same from small business to franchise restaurants, but I can say they handle everything professionally at the end when things was not going as planned, they got my tables to me as soon as possible I m very happy with the new tables thanks dine company will see you guys soon also Craig is one of the best salesman s So when you go to dine company ask for Craig

My wife and I recently bought a bakery and we had equipment being serviced at Dine. They went above and beyond to get my item back up and running. Will definitely be going back for my future equipment.

They usually have what you need or they can get it. Rick Partin is a great guy and very helpful for independent restaurant owners

One star is too high for this store's rating! We just recently bought some brand new NOT used items and the grill did not work. We called and they said "there is nothing they could do because we used it". We had to take it out of the box to find out a brand new grill did NOT work! They will NOT exchange or fix the brand new grill! Sorry but I will never go back to this store! Don't waste your money because they are selling items brand new that do not work and will not do anything but take your money for them :-(

They made my day! What nice people!!!**** Scott was the best. He couldn't help me with my particular problem But he went out of his way to lead me in the right direction. He helped me find a repair man for a commercial coffee maker that they didn't service. THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

One star is too high for this store's rating! We just recently bought refrigerator for our restaurant new NOT used and it was3350$ and we had 3 years warranty .It made a big lake of water under it after less than 3 weeks from buying it .We called and they said "there is nothing they do and we must pay more 400$ to fix it. They will NOT exchange or fix the New expensive item.Sorry but I will never go back to this store! Don't waste your money because they have very bad service in the store and will not do anything
