This place is awesome. The prices were not what I was expecting and that is a good thing. Servings are huge and it's a rare thing for me to not eat all my food. The salad was fresh and crisp, my steak was properly cooked to order, the table bread was whole grain which is uncommon and what I prefer, the appetizers come out quickly and you're given ample time to enjoy them before getting your dinner order, and the desert was amazing. Do not walk in without a reservation. You will be waiting. The hostess was nice enough and our waitress was genuinely kind. The restaurant was clean but cold. Bring a jacket. It will be my go to steak house now.

Cattle Company has good service, friendly staff, efficient servers, great prices and good food. We were there yesterday and the server even gave us the discount for the campfire double meal when we forgot to bring our coupon. The prime rib was tasty and cooked to perfection. We had the wagon wheel with the selection of appetizers including shrimp cocktail, chicken strips, potato skins, celery and deep fried zucchini. After the prime rib, the rocky mountain fudge cake was an excellent ending. After all that If you are not full you took too much home for lunch the next day. Thank you Jonah, Daniel Toves and Gary Carino (their names are on the receipt).

Excellent service on Fathers Day. Although so busy we were seated within a reasonable amount of time. Our server Lehua was patient and attentive as were all others who serviced our table. When a dish was not prepared as ordered, it was courteously taken and returned by no other than the Manager Gary C. who apologized and watched as I sliced to make sure the dish was perfect for me. We will be visiting the Pearl City restaurant as a favorite for wonderful food, value and service. Kudos to the management and staff for making our celebration experience a happy one

Ok, so my pregnant wife wanted some steak for dinner. We decided to forego the typical Applebees/Outback and go somewhere a little more upscale. When we arrived at Cattle Company there were a few people waiting outside and when we got More

Never never again!

Never never again!
What lousy service -- the waitress was impatient to get our order then we waited forever for our order. We asked for another waiter because our waitress was "barely there". The sampler plate was so sad -- now the pieces are smaller and overcooked. Not worth the $70 we spent! The manager didn't even apologize or try to make things right. We told our kids WE DO NOT WANT ANOTHER GIFT CERTIFICATE from Stuart Anderson's because the food and service went downhill. I spoke to an acquaintance who said she stopped going there because the last two times she went there she had terrible service. Plus, the serving portions had shrunk. Food presentation is not the top of their list. Junk food, junk service.

Great service and great food and best of all great prices! My only issue was that their mango tea is really not my favorite... Its carbonated and very bizarre flavor wise. Everything else was wonderful and the staff are amazing

Back in the day after the close of the Cattle Co. ...

Back in the day after the close of the Cattle Co. in Honolulu I ate at Pearl City maybe twice. Food was delicious and service was exceptional. This time around, it appeared all the workers were unhappy with their jobs. Service was poor, we didn't have reservation the host said it was a 20 minute wait so I asked if we could have dinner in the bar area, she pointed where we were allowed to sit. We found seats at the bar. The bartendress gave us menus and didn't offer if we wanted anything to drink It took a while for the bartendress to take our cocktail order. Finally she took our dinner order. I ordered prime rib with grilled shrimp. Very disappointed with the prime rib it was tough, not tender as prime rib should be. I ordered medium well it was well done and this is supposed to be a steakhouse. The rice was so sticky I couldn't even eat it. They need to train those people how to cook to perfection. Wouldn't recommend my family or friends. I really do miss those days when Cattle Co. took pride in customer service and perfectionism.

I ate at Stuart Anderson's for a business lunch. This was the first time in 25 years, maybe more, that I ate here. I had the 7 oz sirloin steak that, when I ordered it, I was thinking would be a little small. However I also ordered 2 sides that come with it, baked potato and broccoli. The baked potato more than made up for the empty feeling of not eating enough. As for the steak I ordered it medium and it actually came to me at medium well. I took a bite of it and all the flavor that I expected of a sirloin steak was there. It was tender, delicious and moist. I decided to keep it and was more than happy with it. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 was that they were busy and the waiter was overseeing too many tables for him to manage. It was slow to get refills on my soda which, by the way, was Pepsi and not Coke. I much prefer Coke.

Also, thinking about it, I was lucky to get parking up close to the front door. The lot was very full and cars were circling. It would have been hard if I parked at a distance because I also had my elderly mom with me.

I know I'll return for lunch/dinner again, maybe for my birthday...I will also recommend to my friends and coworkers.

The server was excellent: attentive, prompt and accommodating. My salad came out fine. I've had fresher, but nothing to complain about. The shrimp "prawns" side I ordered came out decent-to-good. They were well cooked, but not recently and were fairly small. They certainly didn't justify the $9 additional charge. The baked potato was average; up to the quality I might expect from a Wendy's. It was still hot from the steam bin it came from but the toppings were not fresh and they clearly do not use real sour cream. Now on to the steak: I mourn the loss of the bovine that went into making this unpalatable concoction. I don't know what kind of recent Denny's graduate they have back in their kitchen, but my $30, 3/4"-thick NY strip steak tasted like, and was at the temperature as though, they had cooked it two or more hours earlier then kept it under a distant heat lamp until it was ordered. It was boring, flavorless, and tough. I ate half and put the rest aside, then swung by McDonald's on the way home. I would caution anybody not to get their hopes up before eating here. In attempting to provide a fully-fair review, my wife said that she had no complaints about her prime rib, but that it also wasn't good enough to ever truly desire to return.

Dinner for 6--

Dinner for 6--
First off, this restaurant should find a better way of accommodating a party of 6 instead of stuffing everyone into one of their semi-circular booths. That fact alone made for an uncomfortable meal as it was very tight both for our bodies and the dishes that were placed on the table. I'm sure my review would be more favorable if they'd treat their customers like guests and not sardines.
We had reservations on a Sunday night for 8:15. There was many people waiting outside when we arrived around 7:45. Perhaps it was because they had promotional coupons in the newspaper and via email just that day. We were seated around 8:30.
Our server had a somewhat disinterested attitude. She wasn't horrible, but believe me, I've had better.
The food was barely what you'd expect from Cattle Company. I had the ribs with BBQ chicken. The chicken was a little dry, the ribs was adequate but a little on the skimpy side.
One of my sides was the garden salad. That was a little disappointing. Generic iceberg lettuce with little to no additional toppings. I do remember having one piece of a tomato that was flavorless. I'd suggest throwing a couple of grape tomatoes in instead. I swear their strategy is to serve food that is just adequate. Try a little harder, people.

The Cattle Company was delicious! We got there early around 4:30. The wedge salad was very good. My lobster was cooked just right. My husband had the rib eye steak with asparagus and a baked potato. Everything was great. Our server was wonderful and friendly, he took good care of us!

My friend and I went here for his last hoorah and my birthday Saturday. The waiter Bryant was very helpful and answered all my questions. The food was very delicious and well seasoned, the Chocolate Chip Cowboy Cookie was the best cookie I had in a long time!

The food was prepared well and the steak had the yummy taste of grilled meat. But the kitchen and wait help must be terribly understaffed because lunch took just under two hours! I would otherwise have given them four stars.

Food wasn t good and was cold. The butter wouldn t even melt on the mashed potatoes and the USDA approved best wrangler steak was more fat then meat and was really chewy. The filet mignon was a little better but not really a filet mignon and also barely warm. We ate some of it just because we were really hungry.Green beans are not good too. It s 2 stars just because they didn t charge us the full price, even though we haven t complained too much and haven t made a scene out of it, so there is still hope. The service wasn t too good but we sat at the bar so I don t know how to rate it. I guess if you want to eat don t sit at the bar. :))

I love Cattle Company, and go here quite often, mostly to celebrate something. Absolutely love their "Campfire Feast" offer that they have, with your choice of appetizer, and then your entree with 2 sides, and dessert...perfect for 2 people. My favorite is the Ribeye Steak, and their soups and salads are really good, and well as the Sampler Platter for appetizer,....very filling and satisfying....You have to come hungry,..but you will definitely leave content, with maybe with a "take home" container.(smile)
