great service and even though our server was in training, her trainer made up for the learning she was doing and showed her how it was done. We went around 4pm so it was starting to get busy so even though we had to wait a bit for our stuff or for service, it was understandable. I'd still come here for special occasions, the food is great and the service is pretty good too.

Wonderful place to have drinks & appetizers and to get-together with friends after a long day's work or even to celebrate a friend's birthday. The appetizer portions were enough for us to share and enjoy.
I gave it 3 stars. Reason is because one of the host is not a nice person. She need to watch her attitude and be more energetic. She saw me stand up when she called for my name and still ignore me like she didn't see me. On top of that her other employee at the podium gestured her like "hello girl... they're right there!" Overall... the foods are still great! Just need that host to do a better job welcoming customers to Cattle Company. (smh)
The Bone-in Ribeye was great, but it might be better to get it medium over medium rare as I did. Very juicy but a little too chewy in spots. They burned the grilled asparagus, but the garlic broccoli was good.
Service sucked, our server wasn't helpful at all and he didn't even know the dessert menu (would've been fine if he knew at least a few but no). Other than that, food was good
The last of the Cattle company restaurants in Hawaii. Good service and food. Look for the Campfire Feast Dinner for 2 coupons. Miss playing trivial games when they had the bar. A great alternative to Outback.
Didn t tell me signature nonalcoholic soda was not free refills until my glass had been empty 20 minutes. Prime rib portion was under sized. Food was tasty, though.
I have ate there four or five times in the last year and the serivce was good and food also, I reecommed this steak House and will continue to frequent this establishment.
There was a reason why I didn't want to have dinner here and I remembered - service and food not on par. First we waited for 15 minutes for a table, the dining room was practically empty. Service was WORSE! A server came by and said she'd be right back. Um, 15 minutes later a male server came by. Yes, I know, I should've walked out the door. Everyone was hungry, our food came out cold(GROSS). The servers could be heard talking story. So much time, so little thought to their tip. NEVER AGAIN!
Went in during lunch, and there was a waitlist which I didn't understand because there was many tables open. It could've been due to the lack of personnel. Other than that, service was of decent speed for such a nice place, prices weren't bad at all, and the food was great! Would definitely try again another day!
Happy Hour pupus (appetizers) and drinks at Cattle Company is always a pleasant experience. Waitress Shelly was very good and made sure to check on us often enough without hovering.
I took advantage of the great lobster steak combo meal. It was wonderful as usual! So happy they are opened once again! However, we did have a little glitch with our order but Daniel, the manager, made things right in no time at all. I appreciate his quick response to help us. He is truly an asset to this company and no doubt one of the main reasons this restaurant is in high demand. Mahalo, Daniel!
Service is very slow. Upon entering we were asked for our names. The restaurant was not busy at all. We were advised that our names will be called once a table was ready. Again! They were not busy. About 5 min later we were called and brought to our table. It took more than 15 min for our waitress to come to our table. Again they were not busy. However, our waitress did take the time to help the people that showed up AFTER us. She took their order got them drinks and we were still waiting. Anyways she finally comes over, she apologized for taking so long. I figure I'll let it go becasue she apologized. She took our drink order. I actually put my entire order in becasue lord knows when I would see her again. We ordered 2 entrees and a wagonwheel sampler and 2 soups. The wagonwheel did not come nor did she place the order for us. Our food came before the starters. However, we did get out drinks at one point. So I told her to cancel the appetizer becasue she forgot to put it in. She also said she would be back with bread and never came back with the bread. We had to consistently remind her about what type of food we had, to bring a refill of soda/tea. Service here is horrible. The food was absolutely nothing special. Honestly I could have went to Ruby Tuesday heck I could have went to zippys and got better food and service. This is the absolute last time i am coming back to cattle Company. I am a very understanding person but when a waitress simply forgets how to do their job I'm sorry I have no energy to be kind. The manager should be walking around asking people how they are doing how's the food. No manager managing this service brakedown of a visit. I knew from the moment of stepping in to this place being told to wait something else would happen. Shire enough this visit is a service fail. The only good thing that came out if this visit was the delicious coconut cake, which took for days to come out.
Rose the waitress was so helpful in deciding what to have for lunch her suggestions were yummy and her cheerful disposition made it a pleasure to be there.
We came here for Father's Day and our anniversary, with a reservation and got in early. Our waiter was nice, and the food came out quickly. We also never went without water. We got the 2 for 65.00 meal (dont remember the name of the item) and paid 3.00 more for the wagon wheel appetizer. The chicken on the app was room temperature at best, I thought it was cold. It was also soggy, and the sauce was nasty. I actually didnt eat my portion of the chicken, and gave it to my kids. The potato skins were burnt, I also didnt eat that, not because they were burnt but they were awful. At this point, I looked at my husband and said I hope this isn't a sign of the rest of our dinner, he agreed but said we should be hopeful. The cocktail shrimp was good but they dont actually prepare anything so there was nothing to mess up. The only good thing was the fried zucchini, but I'm sure that was premade in a factory. The steaks werent medium rare like we asked, but the flavor was great, so it wasn't too bad. the loaded potatoes were soft, it was actually the only thing on my plate that I enjoyed, out of a 100.00 meal, I only enjoyed a baked potato. The Brussels sprouts (which they at first forgot) were also cold, soggy and hardly what I would consider "roasted," I'm actually 100% sure that they were frozen Brussels sprouts. They were disappointing and I didn't eat any of them. My husband enjoyed the cowboy cookie, even though it's not served in a skillet like the picture shows, also disappointing because he loves skillet cookies. I wouldn't come back here, the prices are not expensive but the food is lacking. My husband said we have had better meals at outback and chili's, which isn't a lie. The staff was all very nice and attentive, but as a manager or owner I would be EMBARRASSED to serve someone frozen Brussel sprouts (at an up charge at that) and cold food for 100.00.
Great place to grab a nice sit down lunch. Comfortable, relaxed atmosphere where you can actually carry a conversation without yelling across the table. I ordered the Tri-trip with a loaded baked potato and brussel sprouts. Steak was cooked to medium rare perfection unlike all those other places that serve you overcooked meat no matter how you order it. The baked potato was stuffed to the gills - no skimping. This is definitely a restaurant where you get great value for what you spend. On top of the atmosphere, good food and great value, service is outstanding. Rose was our server and she was "on it!" Once she got to our table, my beverage never went dry and she made sure to keep checking that we were okay without being an overbearing server. Management should be proud of their service staff as I've never had a bad server in the dining area. This has always been one of my "go to" restaurants.
