I asked to have the charge port on my tablet replaced. They told me the part would arrive within a few days and the work would take a few hours. Three weeks later they still didn't have the part in. I called them 3 times in three weeks to see if my tablet was ready, each time they said they still had not received the part and they would call me in a couple days. They never called me. Yesterday once again I called to see if it was ready, again they said no. I told the general manager I was tired of waiting, cancel my order, I'm coming to get my tablet. I got busy and wasn't able to pick it up till today. When I got there and asked for my device the general manager said they finally got the part in after I had called yesterday, and they installed it. How convenient that the part finally came in mere hours after I said I'm tired of waiting, cancel my order. I paid for the cost of the part and left with a tablet that still won't take a charge. I've been so busy and tired, it didn't occur to me till tonight that I told them to cancel my order and they still installed the part anyway, which didn't even fix the problem, AND I paid for it.

Probably the worse customer service I have ever re...

Probably the worse customer service I have ever received. I took in a tablet with a cracked screen. They told me it should only be 4 days as long as the parts came in quickly. They ordered the wrong part not once, not twice, not even three times, it took them four (4) times to get the right part in. I had to call and came into their shop almost every week to find out a status. Every time I went in, I was told someone else was working on my tablet, but the tech would call me that night to update what was going on. I never received one phone call from any tech.
Something that was suppose to take 4 days took over 30 days! When I took the unit home, the pen was missing, which they still have not replace. Immediately the tables starting ghosting. I had to bring it back and they said it was loose wires. Even now, the tablet is not working properly, but I would rather deal with the tablet than these guys.
I talked to the owner and told him exactly what happened and he only said he was sorry and their techs needed to work on their customer service!
I will never take anything back to these guys! I cannot and will not recommend these guys to anyone!

I had a broken screen on my IPAD. Found Digital Doc online, this was the best find ever. They have fast service and very professional employees. I would highly recommend Digital Doc!!! They were great!!

These guys are so sweet. My screen cracked and they did everything they could to get the part for me as soon as possible, and since it was going to take a few days, they lent me a phone to use while they were repairing it! I haven't met one place that does that for you. Thanks for all the help, guys!

Must be the same experience for all of us! I needed an iPad screen replaced, paid up front, was supposed to be a few days. Weeks later...same boat. Called 3 times now, left 2 messages, no return call. Customer service is poor. Service is poor. I'll upgrade to a 2 for now. They were very personable, but when I went by no one was at the store and they had no signs and when I called they didn't have my iPad. But they did bring it to me the following day... So that was good.

I took my Nexus 7 Tablet to have them look at it because it would not keep a charge. After 1 week I got it back fully charge and only spent $40.. the other guys up the street Phone Medic look at it charge me $20 and said it could not be fixed.
