I asked to have the charge port on my tablet replaced. They told me the part would arrive within a few days and the work would take a few hours. Three weeks later they still didn't have the part in. I called them 3 times in three weeks to see if my tablet was ready, each time they said they still had not received the part and they would call me in a couple days. They never called me. Yesterday once again I called to see if it was ready, again they said no. I told the general manager I was tired of waiting, cancel my order, I'm coming to get my tablet. I got busy and wasn't able to pick it up till today. When I got there and asked for my device the general manager said they finally got the part in after I had called yesterday, and they installed it. How convenient that the part finally came in mere hours after I said I'm tired of waiting, cancel my order. I paid for the cost of the part and left with a tablet that still won't take a charge. I've been so busy and tired, it didn't occur to me till tonight that I told them to cancel my order and they still installed the part anyway, which didn't even fix the problem, AND I paid for it.
