Probably the worse customer service I have ever received. I took in a tablet with a cracked screen. They told me it should only be 4 days as long as the parts came in quickly. They ordered the wrong part not once, not twice, not even three times, it took them four (4) times to get the right part in. I had to call and came into their shop almost every week to find out a status. Every time I went in, I was told someone else was working on my tablet, but the tech would call me that night to update what was going on. I never received one phone call from any tech.
Something that was suppose to take 4 days took over 30 days! When I took the unit home, the pen was missing, which they still have not replace. Immediately the tables starting ghosting. I had to bring it back and they said it was loose wires. Even now, the tablet is not working properly, but I would rather deal with the tablet than these guys.
I talked to the owner and told him exactly what happened and he only said he was sorry and their techs needed to work on their customer service!
I will never take anything back to these guys! I cannot and will not recommend these guys to anyone!
