Love this system! I looked and tried out well over 5 systems. This one is hands down the best one I ve used with the best options and so much help from my onboard specialist.

Just love it. I started with App this year no complains at all. Their Operating Specialist Christina are so helpful. Sad do have moved on to next phase cause I'm truly going to miss her superb help. Fantastic service so far

App is great. I built 3 workouts (upper body, lower body, core) that I cycle through on successive days. It provide organization and keeps me focused. Easy to use. I wish it had better Hrm integration. I like to see heart rate throughout a workout.

Not only is Virtuagym a great,user friendly system. But the support to help understand how to use it's full potential is amazing. I asked for some online support and within 24 hours Jan reached out to me and managed to answer all my questions through a zoom chat. He was really helpful, precise and clear making me feel confident in the system.

The platform is awesome. Been with them for several years. Jalysza is an amazing customer service product rep. Just wish they had more reps to her ability.

Really, but really, I must remark: REALLY BAD F%$% CUSTOMER SERVICE. Been using them since last year. Their customer service bad from the beginning. Contract was till last august. In March I wanted to cancel the contract due to, again bad service. When they finally answered, they said I would have to wait till august. Well, after August, they continue charging. I call them, they say that this is an issue I have to deal with the bank. Call the bank, the bank says they cannot cancel this. Now Virguagym does not answer the calls, as my number must be stored. Please, avoid using them and use alternatives.

I can't say enough good things about the team that assists people at level of a user and teaches them how to assist their clients as well. If you are confused about what you would like to do with your training business, I suggest you give a look at this company. Best decision I have made to date.

I ve never been more disappointed in a product and their customer service. I was totally mislead to believe this software would meet all the capabilities I needed to run my business and it fell terribly short and I wasted a lot of money. It was practically impossible to get help from customer service if there was a problem and often I waited days before my appointment time to speak with support. I would recommend both MindBody and Booker over Virtuagym ANY day.
