I attempted to use this company for the UK GOV Verify system and spent several hours being sent round in circles, always ending up on a page with no instructions as how to proceed.
I would therefore recommend you use a different identity company - I deleted their app and used the Post Office verification instead, gaining access straight away, so don't waste your time with this lot.
Used this for attempted GOV.UK verification. Non-functional, but made me wait 15 minutes first.

An absolute nightmare to get any docs uploaded or verified. Navigating from a laptop to a mobile app has been a joke. Wasted so much time and still haven't been able to complete the registration. 0 customer service, there's nobody to contact or nobody to help.
I had no issues creating an account and verifying my Identity. Took about 10mins. Did need a laptop and phone and had to toggle between them. But worked smoothly.
Had to recreate my certificate. That process failed with the website giving 404 and 500 errors. Their support closed my ticket two times without any response. No certificate and I feel I dodged a bullet as I was planning on requesting E-Herkenning 4 from them, use one of the other providers.
Definitely a government app. It doesn't work and it won't answer emails

It is that I cannot give 0 stars. What an incredibly bad place. Logging in does not work. Wait 20 minutes for the help desk. ID confirmation does not work. To wait. Uploading documents does not work. To wait. App is not working.
And the help desk is working on an uninterested tribe trio. Very bad.

To register is the most difficult experience I have ever done. Simple registration instructions required. Please take into consideration not everyone is a computer and android whizz.

What a tinkering company, you depend on that to file a declaration. If it has not been possible for two days, you cannot request a postponement for payroll tax and Digidentity is not available. Chapeau!
Bad party, they supposedly need a full photo of your driver's license and you can't protect anything. After I found this out, I asked to delete my data, but that also had a lot of feet in the ground. In the end, the next Digidentity was successful, but I wonder if I can trust that.
The worst thing is that they advertise on the radio while it's the only party you don't want to do business with as a company !!!!!!

Appauling website, I would have given it 0 if I could. I tried 5 times to upload my photo and it would not work. I have deleted my whole account. The government should be ashamed of themselves for having such a poor account and it is based in the Netherlands. They should be using a UK company. Shame on you. Avoid at all costs.

It took 2 hours to convert a digital passport to e-recognition. Error message every time. Drama. Asked to contact. Still waiting.
My partner tried it then. He was called back, but after 2 minutes the call ends, is cut off. Call back. And when you call back yourself, they are closed.
Had an expired certificate, explaining to digidentity why I should have him back in the air as soon as possible. Fully online again within a few hours :)! Super service, many companies can learn something from.

The product gives the strangest error messages, logging into the tax authorities does not work while everything is green and customer service does not respond or only after a week. In the meantime, the fines keep coming in.
What a drama. Application process super illogical and unclear. I wonder how this company was able to obtain recognition from the national government.
After two weeks of attempts to obtain E-recognition via the NAW and ID data of an authorized DGA, these minuses continue to ask for the data by proxy from another person with almost the same initials. No further communication possible, incompetence has become an art here!
Bad experiences with this company. You must send applications and authorizations with an app. (Who refused to upload the photos half the time) Here you also have to bring a photo of your passport. I had my BSN number protected there, which is not accepted. You are required to provide your social security number. Response from the help desk and I quote: "The BSN is also not stored in our system." Then why am I even obliged to send it. I am done.
Mandatory switch to Digidentity does mean that you have to be an IT specialist. First have to take out an extra subscription, otherwise it will not work !!

Clients travel specifically to my office to arrange authorizations. The procedure cannot then be followed. Uploads are refused for unknown reasons and the help desk only provides standard answers, which do not lead to a solution. It's frustrating and I'm ashamed of my clients.

This company is guilty of cartel formation together with Solera Nederland. If you do not close Digidentity eRecognition, your Audatex will go black because it only works with Digidentity eRecognition (a subsidiary of Solera). I thought I myself had the choice for a provider but this turns out not to be the case !!!
I requested eh3 specifically for the tax authorities from Digidentity in connection with corporate income tax returns. Have read reviews of all eHerkenning suppliers and of all almost as bad. So in hope of blessing but opted for Digidentity. That looked the easiest at first glance. Completely online and via an app. That went above expectations smoothly! What a relief. Seriously arranged within an hour. Make sure you have all the information ready, bank rack. no. and Chamber of Commerce no. Have a Samsung s20, because of the app.

It is really ridiculous that you have to pay to be able to file a declaration. Digidentity cannot do much about this, but still. If everything works at once it is okay, the support is really very bad. For a long time you get someone in London who cannot help at all in the Dutch market. Just give me the old environment of the tax office there are really no additions that are worthwhile in the new environment.

The system is malfunctioning. The service is really zero, waited on the line for 45 minutes several times this week, no one answers, nothing happened at all. They indicate that you have to email and that you will be called ... nothing. Time to go to another.

They are unable to fix an annoying textual error in their login page (mentioning usernames while they are no longer supported).
After contacting support it seems that something as trivial as modifying this is too hard a task for them.

What a drama Digidentity is. Opaque, completely unclear procedures, bad website, a tape at 4.30 pm that they are only available between 9 am and 5 pm (?). Company has clearly not prepared for the massive transition to the new digital passport.

Logging in does not work. Then they ask for a code. Found the code via email but it still doesn't work. Now I can't log in and cancel my subscription seems really impossible.
