We work with more than 100 companies and Digidentity is the most unprofessional party in recent years!
Made a callback request several times but so far no response. No response to emails and they just disconnect!
Their site says "We are always there for you" but we have not noticed anything about this yet. Digidentity is clearly not in control and this has nothing to do with corona because before the corona it was already chaos.
