Erg genoten van ons bezoek aan Blijdorp.
De reis was prima te doen via NS. Duidelijke bewegwijzering naar de diergaarde.
Park is nog steeds schitterend en lijkt bij ieder bezoek mooier te worden.
Overal om je heen kleine en leuke aanpassingen.
Dieren hebben mooie verblijven en er is genoeg te doen voor kinderen.
Ook de aankleding voor wat betreft planten is schitterend.
Daarnaast erg vriendelijk personeel.
Echt een top dierentuin!

Animals were outside with the warm weather. But it smelled very dirty, I think that's part of it. I recommend not to eat chips with mayo. The mayo was spoiled, because I surrendered after having eaten it. When I complained they said that the taste was so and that they had opened the mayo one day. But it has been a whole day outside in the heat, draw your own conclusions.

Not all open ,no gorillas, was not advised at entrance, still same price.

You can easily spend a day here, a fantastic zoo that keeps innovating.

Beautiful park, fantastic animals, passionate, friendly staff.

Well, it was a very nice day in Rotterdam Zoo. Our family with a child of 2 years and four months and our friends with a child of 2 have been able to enjoy seriously. A beautiful park with a really stunning underwater tour. Better than anything else in that area. Affordable restaurants with even table service, enough toilets, not to mention changing tables.

Wonderful day out, wheelchair and buggy friendly. It is a pity that half were closed due to the bird's duty.

Many toilets and restaurants available, plenty of parking spaces, reasonably large habitats for the animals, animals look well-groomed. One downside was that because of corona there was only one souvenir shop open and everyone wanted to go in here. So there was a queue for the souvenir shop. For the rest top park!

Wonderful zoo here to see many animals. Beautifully laid out, even for small children. Coffee sandwiches also fine and affordable.

Very nice place, I come there at least 5 times a year and it is always nice to go

We have been there unfortunately quite a few places were not accessible due to bird flu. If something like this is mentioned before you buy a ticket, it will result in fewer disappointments

A wonderful and fun place for families and children

Fantastic way to spend a day, family friendly, wheelchair friendly, variety of options to be outdoors or indoors, playgrounds for children, restaurants and small eateries, friendly staff, great gift shop, no pin/atm machines but we asked the cafeteria cashier for extra cash on our bill and that was not an issue. Parking lot is huge! Highly recommended for a relaxed day trip.

Nice zoo, where you feel in some places, for example, in the Gorillahaus, back in the 60s. Many other areas, however, are very modern. The route is unfortunately a bit misleading. Otherwise all good.

Wonderful to see how the animals live in the most natural environment here while they are in the middle of a busy city. Usually an oasis of peace between the beautiful greenery.

Nice zoo to visit, alone as a couple or as a family, enjoy

Blijdorp is en blijft een mooie en fijne dierentuin...jaren terug een abonnement gehad...nu na een aantal jaren weer eens geweest

It was a nice day out. animals have nice stays. and moved caretakers with a heart for the animals.

Large zoo, so you don't get in each other's way quickly. Enough play options for the kids. Quite a lot of walking distance

Many animals are inside or just ill, which is a pity.

Ik had er wat meer van verwacht. Opdeling in 2 parken (door de spoorlijn) helpt ook niet mee en een parkroute die je overal langs leidt ontbreekt ook. Aquarium is erg mooi.
Tsja, dan de bereikbaarheid. Op woensdag, rond 3 uur vertrokken en een half uur later stonden we al in de file.

Nee, ik heb de app niet geinstalleerd. Ik had een plattegrond bij de receptie gekregen. Daar stond ook geen route op.

We love to go here. It's a perfect place a family day.

Had a nice day in Blijdorp today. Enjoyed the three lion cubs and the giraffe born Sunday. Had not been around for a year and a half and were positively surprised by the changes. Remains a beautiful zoo.

I think this is the most beautiful Zoo in the Netherlands

Good place for a day out, the oceanarium is the highlight and it's worth it!

Blijdorp was a lot of fun! Well arranged with the walking routes. It is busiest around 1am so can advise going in the morning when it is quiet. Nice eateries. Animals were very active around 10am.

It would be better if there would be arrows or some signs to know which way to go ..like marked walking routes.. you get a map but it's not clear enough and you easily get lost or back to the entrance instead of following a route to be able to visit it all

And parking is tooooooo expensive

Only got better with corona! Calms down and spreads better. Only a few parts are closed to visitors.

Nice and spacious. Multiple playgrounds and lots to see.

The activities are full of days, the area is very large. Gryzom well, but full of fun!

Beautiful there and also you can eat well! The Efteling is nothing.

Great zoo in Rotterdam. Really a city zoo. Had a night tour. Unique experience. So quiet that you are completely disoriented at a given moment. Animal cages are beautiful and the animals live in peace and good health ..
There is plenty of hospitality .. sanitary facilities are clean.

I think it is one of the nicest animal parks there is. Like to come and take photos

We have made this a family day. We have visited with the children and grandchildren. We all enjoyed it. Nice zoo!

Full-day large zoo. Well maintained, but less interesting than years ago. In particular, less visible animals, and more suffering animals. The playground inside is always wonderful. Main attraction is the aquariums, especially the one with the tunnel. Too bad that the explanations are only in Dutch, for better usability could add at least English. For what it offers the price is really expensive.

Het dierenpark is leuk met veel dieren alleen erg verouderd en niet goed onderhouden. Er is tegenwoordig nog 1 sanitairgebouw open in het park en deze stink heel erg en is niet schoon.

Blijdorp.is really a beautiful zoo. Spacious for the animals. Lots of information / education. Also several good restaurants. It is not cheap. 2 adults, 2 children + parking is 100 euros!

I was there with two nephews, two sisters and mother bet was really fantastic, really recommended

nice zoo with many animals but for me as a photographer too much behind (dirty) glass not to do.

If the park has been closed for a while and now it may / can receive less public, I would have expected a slightly cleaner and tidier park.

Fantastic zoo. Come visit early, some animals get tired in the afternoon.
