Always great! And super good care of the animals and nicely kept stays, in short everyone has a heart for what he / she does here !!!!

Huge place. Very nice. Walked 4 hours with children and we saw only a third of it. I think it's needed a full day to see everything.

Very nice zoo with a very large variety of animals definitely worth a visit

Despite some corona limitations, almost everything was accessible.

Nice park, also in corona time. 09:00 inside it is still nice and quiet. Enough eateries and toilets open.

Prachtige dierentuin met veel groen. De dieren zitten in mooie ruimtes. Ze zijn daardoor niet altijd goed te zien. Vaak kan je er toch omheen lopen om een glimp op te vangen.
Horeca wel erg duur. Medewerkers zijn vriendelijk. En een schoon park

Beautiful zoo with many different animal species. There are several places where you can eat and the toilets are very neat. Both an indoor playground and an outdoor playground are very nice. With bad weather you can get some training and with nice weather you can enjoy the sun. Very nice zoo!

Well what can you say about the best zoo in the world? Set up wide, animals live in good conditions, there are many eateries and you feel like you are in nature without leaving the city.

Unfortunately there are not so many animals to see in the winter, but just like us, they are comfortable inside in cold weather. Well cared for park.

Good zoo. You can visit and see the inside and outside of most animals. But not all animals. This means that some are inside during the winter and you cannot see them. You do pay the same price in winter as in summer. Even in winter not all food stalls are open. However, there was now something extra for children to do, such as merry-go-round and burning fire. Also nice that you could walk through the stay of the vultures and lemurs for example.

Distance was difficult to keep. Understandably some locations were closed but as other places were insanely busy I wonder if this has an advantage.

Costs a lot of money is disappointing. With sea lions you can't get up with walker ect. Little variation of animals. Expected more animals

That there is a cookie with the coffee and less chat about the fact that they have to say that there are fewer employees in the restaurant.

The weather did not work at all. It was gray and cold. Yet a very successful visit. Especially by the lion cubs and of course the prairie dogs

Nice zoo, especially the butterfly garden makes it a unique experience. I had heard it said that it would be the best zoo in Europe, but despite the pleasant visit, the animal park is not really worthy of this title in my opinion

Beautiful zoo close to the center of Rotterdam, great to go through. Had top coffee, really a plus. Food is fine and lots of playgrounds for the kids to relax as parents. Doable with COVID-19, but pay attention in some places.

Our visit was excellent. I recomend paying the parking lot as soon as you arrive to the entrance. There are a lot cafes where you can grab a quick bite. We had a Teister, it's a fried potato in the form of a swirl. It was delicious. My favorite spots where the jiraf and an Asian gazebo where you can take great pictures.

Fantastic, with lots of animals and lots of interactive games for children. the aquarium is the most special and interesting part of the zoo, with a transparent tunnel surrounded by fish.
ADVICE: avoid rainy days or cold because many animals (giraffes, lions, zebras) remain locked in their cages and you do not have a chance to see them well.

Beautiful zoo. Lot of new development keeps it great to come back time after time.

Nice zoo, although wheelchair users and prams are not always taken into account. They are often looking at a railing at eye level. Restaurant at the Riviera hall is great, within now time there were 18 pancakes on the table.

Insulation and maintenance could be better.
The Antarctica suite was very drafty and there was constant leakage. When I woke up and we found a whole bird infestation in our room, we moved to the Africa wing.
That was a lot more pleasant, but our neighbors came across very aggressive when we introduced ourselves and kept telling jokes well into the night.
The food was ok.
I'm more of a well-done fan overall, but I learned to appreciate red meat and had a nice holiday all in all.

My wife and children are less satisfied. Three stars (but mine four )
