Nice and compact zoo with quite a lot of animals in it. Tour de feed is always fun to attend. For children of about 3 to 4 years and older it is a nice zoo to walk around. Younger is also possible, but then you are somewhat limited.

A zoo that surprises you. Just outside Nuenen you will find many different animal species in Dierenrijk. Who would have thought that elephants, chimpanzees, different types of monkeys, tigers, lions, cheetahs, bears, seals and many more animals can be found here. The park is beautifully landscaped, has friendly staff and is very child-friendly and guarantees a wonderful day out. Also a subscription does not cost a lot of money here, definitely worth it!

Way better than expected. This zoo is less known but a true gem! With polar bears, tigers, asian elephants and a huge variety of other animals this is quite on par with other major zoo's in The Netherlands. A 'tour de voer' (a French spelling-phun for feeding-tour) takes children on a small guided tour with feeding of the smaller animals like boars, bever-rats and small sucking fish you may feed by hand. Our three-year-old loved it. Great place to spend a couple of hours and reasonably priced!

Nice park to walk through, but who now looks at who .. beautiful in design, also educational. Animals look happy and well cared for. Neat toilets, plenty of play options for the children. Cappuccino also tasted great

Great zoo for families with children. But adults can also enjoy all the animals, the wide layout and wheelchair-friendly structure. It is completely set up for children. With many things to do. The secretions are low and they can touch many animals. Ample parking space.

Nice zoo, easily accessible by car, plenty of parking. Not too big, everything is relatively close together. Note, at certain times certain animals are fed with explanations and a few tricks, so keep an eye on the times!

Small park, little place for larger animals. Nice for those little ones. We immediately bought an annual subscription, I now regret it. Never been again. One time was enough. Way too small....

This zoo is a great place for both kids and adults to learn more about the animals. There is a lot to say about putting animals on display, but the staff goes to great lengths to explain how they work with them (e.g. feeding the rhinos and discussing the breeding program). In addition there is a lot more to see and do at the various playgrounds.

If you buy a single ticket, you can deduct this price from the cost of an annual subscription (EUR 45) which is a good deal if you plan on going multiple times a year. In that case it's a perfect place for a half day visit as well.

Small park in which the accommodations seem a bit simple and cheap with a lot of mesh and fencing. But nice species, it was very quiet so everything could be seen well. Sufficient catering open. Friendly staff and enjoyed the animals in the park. Also nice combinations of bin types and a lot for kids.

What a beautiful park. Very easily accessible, parking in front of the entrance and in the park the walking route is very well marked. Our kids (and we too) really enjoyed it!

We will definitely come back sometime.

Beautiful animal park near Eindhoven. The animals are much more playful here than they were yesterday in the Beekse Bergen. The polar bears and their young were nice to see. As well as feeding time with the lemurs and the clever presentation of the seals.

A very nice zoo. The animals can be seen up close. And with the lemurs you can look inside the loft, so that they can also come to you. There are different shows. With the elephants, they show how they are trained so that they can be well cared for. It is also possible to go with caretakers to feed different animals, they also come up with fun facts at the level of the group that is involved.

NEVER I would go to this zoo, where the death of an animal is simply approved! How do you get this stupid idea of wolves along with bears, in an enclosure where no one can go out of their way to hold !!? You are the very last !!!!
Unfortunately I have to give the one star ...

Measures have been taken with regard to COVID-19 (...

Measures have been taken with regard to COVID-19 (Corona virus). You must reserve a time slot in advance, buy a ticket, keep a distance, a route has been determined that you must go (one direction). Of course, visitors are called upon to comply with the rules. But of course that doesn't work. There is too little staff, therefore too little supervision. People just do something. You are not allowed to smoke in the park but only a few visitors who then deviate from the path and then puff on the edge of the park. With the animals you are often in a bunch. You have time slots for arrival but at some point everyone is inside. I thought it was too busy. This is not only in this park. The number of visitors is too large to take those 'measures' taken into account, especially because you do not have the personnel for it. Money has to roll, yes, but when it goes wrong, and it does, you are further away from home. And you see this at many 'parks'.
Well that was a piece of corona, the park is quite large compared to other zoos in Brabant. Very good and nice that there is a lot to do for (young) children in the form of playground equipment every few meters. There are many different animals, but because certain paths are closed, you cannot see some animals well or up close, either way. A lot has been worked with (plexi) glass so that the little ones can also see the animals from their perspective, very well. The most interactive part with the animals and the most fun part for me are the nibbling fish. You put your hand in the water and small fish actually clean your hands. Catering is fine, toilets are scattered in the park, 6 for parking is a bit too much, but there is parking.
There are often promotions for the entrance tickets. Take advantage of that.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Why would they put apex predators together indefinitely with nowhere to go??!! Especially to force them to get along as part of an enrichment effort. The incident that happened recently where 4 bears ripped apart a 2 year old she wolf will not be the last. This is a disaster waiting to happen. Very heartbreaking. The zoo spokespersons response to the incident shows ignorance and lack in addressing that perhaps their methods should be reconsidered - absolutely disgusting.

Very nice zoo, different animals, also nice that there are different playgrounds by the zoo for the children. Soon I also saw rhinos.

Some animals can also be petted by children, such as Makis, Goats and chickens. Good complete experience.

Came here after watching a youtube video of bears tearing apart a wolf? My 9 year old plays zoo tycoon she knows not to put Grizzly bears and wolves together... apparently this zoo doesn't know this?
