I wouldn't even give this zoo a star after what I saw with the poor brown wolf! That was horrific! Did kids see this? This will be forever etched in there minds! I can't stop unseeing ut myself! Please rethink supporting this zoo!

Very quiet despite the holidays.
Large playground
We have already visited many zoos, both at home and abroad, but this is a winner! When we arrived at the entrance we thought ooh no where are we now again ....
It is a great fun zoo, because you get really close to the animals and the animals also to the visitors. You are allowed to feed the animals and the employees are all friendly and enthusiastic.
You can see that the animals are very well taken care of.
Definitely recommended for young and old.
Pretty small park, for the same money you are in nicer and larger parks.
The enclosures where the partition was made with glass were all so steamy that you could hardly see inside. Very unfortunate as all indoor areas were also closed due to corona. Have never left a zoo so quickly.

A zoo well furnished. All animals close together, but in such a way that the animals have SPACE enough and we do not see the neighbors before we are at the cage. In the middle a large bird house, which you walk through.

Nice organized medium-sized zoo. Many different animals for park size. Just born baby elephant. Many catering and souvenir shops. Only parking of 6, - in proportion to the expensive side.

The large animals are housed far too small. You see them constantly walking back and forth. Really pathetic.
Very nice cozy zoo where you are closer to the animals than in other zoos. In 3 hours at ease you are completely around in the zoo but many playgrounds that you encounter on the set route. You do not have to follow it, but it is useful if you want to see everything. Nice animals such as Makis monkeys that climb on your shoulder and can make fun selfies, lion tigers elephants etc. Ideal with children and beautifully cared for.

Very nice and cozy only if it is very busy as in the holiday, there is not enough space. No benches along the paths only at the restaurants but there it is already very full. But a must for a day trip.

In this corona time, the route is well plotted. Sometimes a bit busy at some places. But all in all, another great visit behind us.
Super place for a day out or if you live nearby a subscription. Price is good in relation to the park which is mainly aimed at children. You can easily see the animals and playgrounds for children everywhere in between. Staff are always friendly.
Close by for a relaxing visit to the zoo in the afternoon.

I am not a zoo enthusiast. So no real opinion.
At most, the restaurant is disappointing in terms of choices.
Despite the fact that we were pleasantly surprised with the amount of different animals present for a relatively small zoo, there was a very big setback. You view a large part of the animals through glass, with few opportunities to look directly at the animals. When we were there all the glass was opaque due to the weather / moisture. This means that we have not been able to see a large part of the animals, even though they were there and it was not even very busy. Luckily we were there with free tickets, because if viewing animals is the goal, this really is a downer in my opinion.
I've not been for a few years and am really disappointed at how it's changed. The animals nearly all show stereotypical behaviour and have no form of entertainment or recreation. The enclosures and park look all pimped up but it looks as if they didn't spend time on the animal welfare.
All in all it could be much better for the vision it had only a few years ago.
Nice park, aimed at target group young children up to approx. 10 years. Clear whole with route through the entire park. Plenty of playground for all ages. Enough educational and interactive signs.

Birthday party for our daughter, 9 years old, with 7 girlfriends, very friendly staff, the children were given a tour including feeding and feeding animals. It was a very successful day.

Had a wonderful day. It was busy but that did not bother. Wonderful to go with small children. Plenty to do for them. And enough to see. We have followed the walking route. You will miss the reptiles. We will come back again!

What a beautiful zoo in Mierlo! Animal Europe. Nicely laid out and clean. Special animals. The bird garden is certainly well worth the effort. Ample opportunity for a snack and drink. Very friendly and hospitable staff. Excellent for young children.
Very nice zoo to go to with the children, many animal species and lots of play options spread over the park. Corona measures have been taken, therefore reservations in advance are necessary, which is very easy to do.
Nice zoo with lots of space for the animals. The little polar bears of 2-3 months old are very active. Within minutes from white to black after an extensive mud bath. Are not even monotonous. The people monkeys behind the window they found mega interesting.

Nice park for small children! With an adult ankle it is not worth it. Was outside again in 1.5 hours and that for a 4 hour drive. But nice accommodation, clean, sufficient toilets and lots of fun things for the children.
Small-scale, animals are easy to view. Many picnic areas. Plenty of play options for the kids.
Today the reception was dramatically poor, 2 ladies at the checkout of which 1 lady helped a customer because of a subscription. Another lady made a phone call at that time while the line was already outside the shop. Flow through took quite a long time before you could enter.

Tickets are very expensive. The hygiene is ridiculously bad. A company like this should be closed. No soap on toilets, many dispensers with disinfection empty.
There was little staff to enforce on the 1.5 rule.
The animals' enclosures looked bad. The animals' fur looked bad from boredom and stress. Especially the owls looked bad ...
After walking the tour there was only one conclusion ... too bad that we contributed to the financing of this zoo. Because the animals are clearly not being treated any better. We feel very sorry for the animals and small and boring cages.

Have been to many zoos.But never have I had to look for the entrance of a zoo very unclear..the price is on the expensive side 19.95 pp for adults +6.00 euro parking.Find it a bit of a mess , and very close together the accommodation of the animals. The advantage is that you can get close to the animals. The restaurant is a thing of the past.

Nice zoo that is especially nice for younger children. The alternation between animals and play areas for the smaller children is very nice. The hospitality industry is well cared for and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Despite reports that you should avoid this park anyway. Didn't regret it. Also for two adults. And also now in corona time. Sufficient possibility of distance. And the park itself has clearly set a path. Was now, Monday, not busy either. We could observe most of the animals well. We thought of a small mini park but you can spend a few hours there (and with a discount from ANWB also cheap)

Stays were very spacious, nice to see. Animals looked well cared for.
