Nice park. Very nice set up. Certainly worth a visit. Only wouldn't go a second time. But that is more often I think with animal parks. 1x visit is all seen.

It is a nice zoo. Toilets were neat and environmentally friendly system with a thermo cup for unlimited drinking!

Just a pity that a few things were not yet open to the public

If you go for a zoo you are at the wrong address. But you can enjoy walking, there is plenty to see and there are also experiences to entertain "youth".

Alleen belachelijke hoge prijzen; kinderen vanaf 3 jaar betalen al 38 euro!!
London en Berlin zoo zijn zelfs goedkoper.
Kom op dit is het suffe Emmen,
Geen Amsterdam, London of Berlijn.

Very nice. As a family outing and it was very nice. Lots of fun animals and short queues at the atractions

Fun. Not all animals seen but a lot of fun with the polar bears, prairie dogs and the boats with Jim.

Beautiful park with a lot of variety, signage is poor, the floor plan is not the best, sometimes a maze! But is good in the animals

Become very beautiful! Even when the weather is bad, you want to see the animals well and do a lot.

Beautifully landscaped park with plenty of space for the animals. In some places you can get very close to the animals, for example with the prairie dogs, butterflies and birds. We were there in Corona time, which meant we were through in just over two hours.

What adventures have the ladies experienced. What a nice neat park. Amenities are good, nice staff, beautiful animals, plenty of adventures. You get a big 9 from us. See you soon

Very beautiful and spacious zoo. The animals have plenty of room here. Especially the car trip over the serenga is recommended. It is a kind of mini safari where you encounter a number of animals.

Wildlands Adventure zoo betreft een dierentuin waar je gerust de hele dag voor uit kan/moet trekken.

Afgelopen weekend mijn 2e bezoek aan dit park. Mijn eerste bezoek aan het park was een kleine 4 maanden na het openen van het park. Toen met grote ogen gekeken naar het welzijn van de dieren, hoe alles is opgebouwd en hoe overal over nagedacht is.

Zo kan je in het parkeer terrein van het winkelcentrum in de garage parkeren voor slechts 10 euro per dag. Je auto staat dan in een garage en zal niet de hele dag koken als je later weer in stapt.

Tevens 2 keer ondervonden dat je het beste bij opening van het park al aanwezig kan zijn en absoluut tot sluit moet blijven om alles goed te kunnen zien en te beleven zoals Wildlands dat zou willen.

Zorg ervoor dat je op ze minst de zeehonden show bezoekt in het Nortica gedeelte en de boottocht in Jungola mag je ook niet missen. Als de drukte het toe laat pak je ook de Safari nog mee om de dieren van een stuk dichterbij te kijken.

Als je in de ochtend komt hebben de Lori's nog veel trek en dan is de kans op slagen groot om ze bij je te krijgen voor wat gave foto's.

Overdag is de rij voor de safari en de boottocht enorm hoog, Als je tot sluit blijft merk je dat de gezinnen met kinderen rond 15.30 uur weg gaan zo heb je tot sluitingstijd alle mogelijkheid om meerdere keren achter elkaar deze attracties te bezoeken. Dit had ik van mijn eerste bezoek geleerd en tijdens mijn tweede bezoek nog eens bevestigd.

Verder is 1,5 jaar na mijn eerste bezoek de beplanting overal fors toegenomen. Dit maakt het zeker waard om dit park elk jaar weer opnieuw te bezorgen omdat het park blijft veranderen en zo ook nieuwe attracties worden gebouwd en het welzijn van de dieren wordt verbeterd.

Op de warme dagen zijn alle dieren buiten, pak je een rustige dag dan kan je alle dieren goed bewonderen. Vermijd absoluut de schoolvakanties en kom zoals ik op speciale dagen zoals 2e pinksterdag. Het was op deze dag zeer rustig.

Tips:
- Ga eten in het safari gedeelte, hier zit je wat uit de drukte met een mooi uitzicht en kan je genieten van heerlijk verse hamburgers met wat friet.
- Blijf tot sluit om de attracties te bezoeken
- Parkeer in de garage van het winkelcentrum
- Koop je tickets online om lange wachttijden te voorkomen
- Download de wildlands app om achter nog meer informatie te komen
- Bezoek de zeehonden show om 11.30 uur
- Neem de 4D bioscoop mee in je bezoek, met verbazing gekeken hoe dit in elkaar is gezet
- Kom vroeg voor de Lori's in Jungola

Nicely set up, everything really in atmosphere. A lot less animals. In the desert rats it is very tempting for the children to step on a block to see them better, to wait for them to park them. While there are climbing spots everywhere for the children, so is also very unclear for the children.

Beautiful park. Cozy .. only the water in the kiosk too expensive. We had to pay EUR 2.95 for half a liter. Ridiculously expensive.

On the whole a nice zoo, but more for children.

There is a large deduction in the prices. The entrance fee is quite expensive at 27.50, and for parking you have to pay an additional 10. That is in my opinion then already much too expensive. For other zoos, parking is included.

Nice adventure park. There is plenty to do for young and old.

Very nice zoo, they have 3 themes very well worked out with every fun attractions. Which the queues are not as long as they seem to be. And very important the animals have spacious stays and look well cared for. Really recommended!

Ter ere van mijn man's verjaardag een dag met al onze kinderen en kleinkinderen naar Wildlands Emmen geweest.
Viel tegen. Zoals veel beschreven hier, zijn er voor een dierentuin heel erg weinig dieren te zien.....
Tip: ga als eerste naar Serenga want dat is verreweg het leukste gedeelte. Andere 2 gedeelten vallen tegen.
Kwaliteit eten in diverse gelegenheden viel ook tegen. Kaartjes zijn echt veel te duur!
Zou het park niet gauw aanbevelen.
De dag werd ruimschoots goed gemaakt door het etentje in Pannenkoekhuis Hans en Grietje te Zeewolde!

Insanely great zoo with many possibilities. The animals are also running around freely. To explore everything exactly a whole day should be scheduled.

One word. Amazing. If you like walking and exploring with or without kids. I would love a seasons pass!

Wheelchair unfriendly, but sufficient wheelchairs available after paying a 25 euro deposit, but with the height differences there almost impossible to do. I find park very disappointing

Previously often went to the zoo in emmen, the new park seems no longer at a zoo. Personally, I find that very unfortunate ... especially because I always liked the educational aspect. There was little animal diversity, and it did not really seem to be about the animals. However, I found the decoration of the park beautiful (and especially the jungle part), especially suitable for children. The idea is so nice but really nothing for me. I also found it quite expensive .. 3.50 paid for 10 pofferTJES. they were not worth it.

First Zoo I've been to in my life, where all the animals look happy, have plenty of space, and ample viewing/walking g space for visitors.

Beautiful areas that are really beautifully finished. If this is the new way of a zoo I would not mind.

Very nice park. Three continents with nice playgrounds, attractions and terraces. Definitely recommended for all ages.

You must have been here, if only to support Meppel. Animal park is a walking park. The information on the street how to reach Wildland is too limited.

Nicely dressed around the animal enclosures, there is even a small roller coaster available, even the younger children will definitely not be bored

Wildlands Emmen is a beautiful park with different themes. Nordic, Serengety desert and the jungle. The hiking trails are spacious and doable for wheelchair users, but with some height differences.

Nice zoo with lots of space for the animals. Good attention to the welfare of the animals. Also good attention to Corona measures. Walking routes well signposted, for a truck tour through the savannah only families together, all well arranged.

Nice day out from the family is a pity that there are so few animals.

Had a great day with our daughters aged 7 and 4. They had a great time. Climbing and scrambling while watching animals.

A playground for small children with occasional animals in the distance. And all that for 30 euro p.p.I very pleased with a newly landscaped zoo but this was very disappointing

There nice zoo dressed in very nice with themes and attractions. Access is not cheap, but you also get more in return than the old zoo in Emmen

It is a nice change, but fewer animals but more attractions. Especially the butterfly part is very beautiful.

Nice combination between animal park and attractions.

Lots to see but also to do for children. When you enter it seems small but when you enter a gate you enter a very large oasis of animals and nature. Awesome. Attraction dual battle is also fun. Enough playgrounds.

Dit is net geen dierentuin en net geen recreatiepark. De indeling van het park heb ik als prettig en overzichtelijk ervaren.
Er zijn volgens mij weinig dierentuinen in Nederland die relatief zo veel ruimte per dier hebben. Voor de dieren zelf dus een prettiger verblijf. Dit betekent echter ook dat het kan voorkomen dat je als bezoeker op de ene dag meer dieren kunt zien dan op de andere dag.

This nice zoo is located in the center of Emmen. There is plenty to eat, something for everyone. The theme areas are nicely set up. There is an attraction in every area, including a rollercoaster and a river safari. Also a very nice indoor play paradise for the kids!
Downsides are the parking lot (which is a ff walk from the entrance) and incomplete corona measures. There are walking directions, disinfection stations, etc, but at the queues or viewpoints, for example, there are no markings, so that NO ONE keeps distance, which proves to be very difficult if people are not helped.

Possibly the best zoo in Holland. Enclosures look beautiful and the animals seem relaxed and healthy. They might not have the biggest variety of animals, but the animals they have are interesting and even friendly in aome cases. Love the fact that quite some animals roam around freely between park visitors. The safari part is small, but well-organised. Hats off to Emmen.

Nice big park, animals are very lively and really give a show, the lion was roaring, the monkeys were jumping around enthusiastically, the ostriches were curious, the seals swam and jumped around. We were there at half past ten and left half past five. And not being able to do everything yet. Certainly a nice park! Normally I am finished in a zoo with 2 hours but this was very nice and definitely worth it. Very neat and well cared for.

We hebben hier ons 4 uren vermaakt (2 volwassenen, 2 kids van 1 en 3 jaar)
Klein (apen)nootje van kritiek: de aquaria zijn wat hoog. En helaas geen blokken of iets dergelijks waar kindjes op kunnen staan.

Not a zoo, but a reasonably successful counterfeit savanna.

What a nice park! It is that Emmen is too far for us to go more often, otherwise I would have considered a subscription. Zoo 2.0 recommended.

Mooi dierenpark. De dieren hebben veel ruimte wat dan wel als nadeel heeft dat je er niet zoveel ziet (mannetjes leeuw niet gezien en ook maar 1 ijsbeer).
Ook de binnenspeeltuin erg mooi en netjes.
Vriendelijk personeel.
De achtbaan viel erg in de smaak bij onze kids.
Helaas geen olifanten gezien tijdens de rondvaart terwijl er wel gezegd wordt dat we geluk hadden en dat ze er waren.......

Very nice zoo with beautiful butterfly garden / Bush also where you can sail through. Nice also that the little monkeys were walking around wildly at a certain area where you, as a visitor, also walked. Very nice also that the animals have so much space!

Very boring park, few animals. And the entrance is much too expensive !! Waste of your money

If someone expects you to see a huge amount of animals coming to this zoo, you may feel disappointed. Animals are not too much, and how are these are not species that we will not meet in other places. However, what I did not meet in other places is to drive a car after "safari" or a ship in the "jungle". Generally, it is not bad, but it looks a bit neglected, although the zoo is relatively new. Besides, for me the big downside is that everything you read or speak is only in Dutch. A big plus is a great place for children to play !!

Really the old park had a much nicer appearance for that money, now it is 5 years at the most and then it goes downhill fast

Yet I make the comparison with the old animal park which was really a family park. It has become very commercial and uncomfortable. Long lines for small attractions. However, glad that the animals have got more space!

Best zoo I've ever been to. Especially noteworthy is the accessibility (everywhere disabled toilets, all ways accessible with wheelchair or walker, rafting in wheelchair - boat, ...)

What a beautiful park!
Animals that live in a space created as close as possible to their own environment. If possible together.
Sometimes just searching, especially with the monkeys birds and butterflies, but that is just an extra dimension.

Much nicer than some reviews make you believe. Keep in mind the winter months that the steppe train does not run and most of the steppe animals are inside.

Slecht licht .weinig te zien mensen struikelen door de ribbels in het beton mijn partner is daar gestruikeld ..
Weinig dieren te zien ..een woelmuis in het hele buizenstelsel .boot varen was leuk ..heb een vlinder gezien ..aquarium was glas smerig ..en 4 schildpadden in zo een kleine bak .. parkeerplaats ..te ver voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn
.nogmaals slechte verlichting ..
Niet wat ik er van verwacht heb ..
Zoals lopen door een oud treinstel en niks kunnen zien ..
Was niet mijn avond

Boring, few animals, safari ride is not much, you can also view on foot and the walking routes pfff, just had the old zoo Emmen renovated!
