I have never seen such a variety of wasps in a single location. Congratulations must be given to Wildlands on such a stunning exhibition! How they train them to stay within 10cm of your face at all times I'll never know!
Jungle fantastic, savannah fine, artic disappointed us. Hybrid amusement park playground and zoo with nice animal but not as diverse as other zoos. Attractions are then again super nice. Oi for children 8-16 extra nice over another option

Nicely set up zoo, nicely divided into the three areas. Nice to see that the animals have a lot of living space! Especially for children to discover enough, for adults alone it can be a bit boring, also because of the little information boards on the animals. Definitely nice to go once!
Really great adventure zoo. I was back for the first time in many years. There is so much to discover everywhere, especially for children. Many little secret ways. Large enclosures. Overall, also clean. We loved it. There were also no large queues, for example for the safari trip or the raft trip. A day's stay is almost too short.
However, the parking lot is really far away and quite overpriced. We had to pay 10 euros.

Valt tegen, dieren hebben inderdaad de ruimte zoals iemand hier in recentie schrijft maar dat komt omdat er weinig dieren zijn.
Verder veel kraampjes langs de paden gesloten en ook de snackbar op diverse plaatsen gesloten.
Nee, ik beveel deze dierentuin zeker niet aan.

All in all really great park, most of the animals have a lot of space to move themselves around and have a bit of solitude if they wish to do so.
Lots of places to sit, eat, drink and toilets are plentiful for those needs as well. Prices seem right, on par with most parks in this category. I think you'll have a good time!
Super nice animal park! Really beautifully built and fun to go. Too bad it was quite busy! And I also found that not much was done about the corona measures. A running direction was neatly indicated and there are enough points where you can disinfect your hands. But keeping a distance in the lines was difficult. There was nowhere indicated what 1.5 meters was, so some people were very close to you. But otherwise had a great day!
Voor wie zich op een toegankelijke manier wil verdiepen in waar dieren nu wel leven of wonen . Een weldaad om met je kids naar toe te gaan zonder luidruchtige 'toetsers en bellen' . En zeker groot genoeg om niet in 1 keer alles te kunnen meemaken. Dus terugkomen een must!
Goed bereikbaar en eenvoudig parkeren op loopafstand van het park.

Visited WILDLANDS yesterday. In the past Oude Dierenpark Emmen, I found one of the most beautiful in the Netherlands. So full of expectation to Wildlands, but really disappointed. The number of animals is limited and the freedom of movement of a number of animals was very small. Of the dining options, only 2 were open.
Super nice zoo. Not very big, and unlike other zoos, it does not have such a wide variety of animals, but it does not get boring there. We have discovered animals all day and experienced them in the truest sense of the word! The design of the individual worlds is super successful and you often do not even have the feeling that you visit a zoo.
Other attractions include a rollercoaster, boat ride, truck safari and a 4-movie theater.
We had a visit to the zoo, which will be remembered for a long time!
Unfortunately, no comparison to the old Dierenpark.
Little animals and you have really seen everything after 1.5 hours. Worth 30 per card and again 10 for parking certainly not worth it.
Leuk park voor als je wat grotere kinderen hebt.
Vooral de aankleding is superleuk bedacht en mooi uitgevoerd!
Wat wel opmerkzaam is dat er weinig verschillende soorten dieren zijn. En tussen de dieren verblijven is het best een eindje lopen. Wat voor kleine kinderen dus lastig kan zijn.
Voor de jonge tieners is er ook een kleine achtbaan. De indoorhal is ook leuk voor de ouders om daar te rusten en drankje te doen terwijl de kids spelen tussen de apen. TIP: neem zelf drinken en versnapering mee. Er zijn vele plekken en zitjes om dat te nuttigen.
Ten tijde dat ik daar was, waren veel eettentje gesloten of onbemand.
Het was er dan ook niet druk. En dus begrijpelijk dat deze gesloten waren.
Vind het een zeer mooi park, alleen als ik lang zou moeten wachten vanwege een wachtrij, dan zou ik zeker het park niet helemaal uitgelopen hebben.
Nu konden we overal in zonder echt te moeten wachten.
Echte aanrader is de vlinderhal.
A great experience for our corporate event. The behind the scenes tour with knowledgeable guide, was excellent amd the food service for our large, private group was also delivered and enjoyed.

Beautifully beautiful zoo. The only thing that bothered us so much was that we were at the exit at 5 pm, when we asked the information how we could get the closest by car to allow our mother, disabled, to get in the reserved wheelchair the easiest. We were instructed to drive through the theater. Immediately afterwards when the skirt chair came because it was already 5 pm. I told you to for this and he'll be right back. Drove with mother under the shelter where it was dry and immediately one of the ladies came out when the chair came back because it was now 17.10. Not appropriate for a fun day out. Especially since she couldn't sit anywhere until the car arrived.
Shame about such a closure.
Maybe a tip, put some benches at the exit.

Great Park. Corona proof. Rolled through the park from 10.30am to 5.30pm in my wheelchair. Sometimes heavy if you are alone in a wheelchair. Fortunately had help from other visitors. Giant enjoyed so immediately bought a subscription.

Very nice set up! Divided into multiple "zones" such as Arctic, Jungle etc.
Avoid on a Sunday or any other day. 1.5 hour waiting for Safari bus. Over priced. 70% waiting on activities. Not a Zoo. Minimal animals the animals look ill & sedated. 3 turtles in a tiny area of water on was trying to eat the wall. They put mayo on the rocks to attract polor bears. Real bad advertising from this "Zoo" worst place in the Netherlands. Poor overpriced processed food. Best word to describe it is TACKY!!!

I bought a coke here, and the coke was very dirty. It smelled bad too, while I paid twice as much as in a normal restaurant.

Today had a super day in this zoo. Real experience. We have been here almost 2 years ago and there are a number of adjustments. The penguins no longer walk away, but have a new home. Sitter said this was better for the animals because they had no peace to breed and now you can see them swimming nicely. So they really look at the animal and not at the mass of tourists, luckily. It was Tuesday and for us already fall holiday so nice and quiet so you can go 9 times in the roller coaster. All in all a super day. tip, buy tickets through the jumbo day out.
It was my first visit, it was too expensive, far too few different animals and too many of the same animals. We found it very disappointing.
Fun zoo, but do not expect to go to a zoo with lots of animals. There are animals, but many couples. You can easily spend a day here with lots of fun.
Last week we were lucky to have beautiful late summer weather while the park was relatively quiet. What really appeals to me are the pleasant stays for the animals. I have never seen a polar bear play so relaxed in a zoo. Furthermore, the attractions are not earth-shattering but fun. For children, the combination of play and zoo is very well done. More games / visits could be combined with education. All in all a very nice day out, especially in the early or late season.
What a beautiful park. The design has been well thought out. Beautiful planting, well-maintained paths. The shows are well attended and the queues at the top attractions can get quite high in the high season. For the little ones there are goats and in the greenhouse ring-tailed lemurs walk on the path. The big animals don't all show well. In the distance 2 polar bears on a mountain, the elephants were far away and the hippos were not very active. Yet all respect for the choice to choose for the welfare of the animals. Perhaps in the future they will feel more at ease with the visitors, so that they will show themselves more.
I thought the admission price was a bit on the high side, fortunately there are always promotions, which makes the price a bit more favorable.
Parking is on the grounds of Q-Park. In a few hours you will be at the daily maximum of 10.00. A decent price, and then it is a nice walk to the entrance of the park.

Have spent a wonderful day with the family. Arrival by car. Parked on the QPark. 10 for the whole day is okay. For stress-free. 10 min walk to Wildlands. A lot has happened in the last two years. In the foreground are the animals. The roller coaster is a nice break. Tickets booked over the internet. Therefore cheaper. It continues to invest. We are curious and will be back.

Very nice! Nice layout by creating 3 'worlds'. Especially with a subscription that seems very useful so that you do not necessarily have to go through the whole park for a short day away. Also very nice for children because of the contact with the animals and the attractions. The animal enclosures are very spacious, which I think is pleasant for the animals.

What is it, an amusement park or zoo? Neither of them in my experience! For an amusement park too few attractions and animals are certainly not to be found ... naja except for the 150 prairie dogs .... the idea is nice only with the elaboration completely wrong beaten I thought it was not worth 27.50 .

Matige dierentuin. Dieren hebben wel flink de ruimte maar ik ga zelf liever naar Beekse Bergen of Burgers zoo.
Zeeleeuwen show was echt saai. Voor het safariritje in de truck moesten we heel lang in de rij staan, maar leverde niet veel extra's op tov wat we al gezien hadden vanaf de reguliere wandelpaden. De boottocht binnen laat helemaal geen enkel dier zien. Waardeloos.
De ijsberen waren 's ochtends leuk om te zien, maar toen we 's middags nog een keer wilden kijken waren ze echt nergens meer te bekennen.
Kortom: er valt nog veel te verbeteren .

Today I went to Wildlands for the first time. We have always liked the old zoo and were a bit skeptical after reading some reviews. Totally unjustified now appears ... what a beautiful park! Spacious, clear route through which you see everything, plenty of variety and plenty of food and drink opportunities and clean toilets. We will definitely come back again!

Lots of space for the animals, but I find the design of the park rather strange. There are 3 theme areas that do not merge into each other, but that you have to walk all the way back when you have finished with a theme. The old Noorder animal park was many times more beautiful.
