Our experience with Dick Smith Hyundai in Greenville was excellent. Blaine McIntosh is a very knowledgable and friendly man. He made our experience wonderful. Based on our experience with Blaine, I would highly recommend Dick Smith Hyundai with my family and friends. Thank you and we love our Tucson!

Blaine was amazing. From the test drive to handing me my new keys to my new car Blaine was excellent. This guy knows Hyundai's. If i ever needed another car or know someone that needed a car i would recommend Blaine McIntosh.

Lee Gilliam was extremely professional and courteous. There was zero pressure. Lee was skilled at making us feel comfortable. He listened to our preferences from the beginning of our conversation and agreed to convey them to his manager. Lee adapted to our timetable in closing the deal quickly. Lee and Eddie gave us our desired price plus all dealer incentives, so it was an awesome deal. We were treated with huge attention and respect. Lee also did an excellent job of instruction on the operation of the vehicle. Jason also was thorough, courteous, and responsive to our questions as we completed the forms. Overall great experience! I bought a 2018 Mitsubishi from them back in Novem...

I bought a 2018 Mitsubishi from them back in November. I like the vehicle but the finance guy is shady and the salesman that helped me was just ok. When I bought the car and was waiting outside for them to bring it around from detail I had to wait 30 minutes for them to bring it because they forgot me. My mistake was buy the extended warranties and warranties for this and that ect ect. I bought a warranty that was supposed to cover rims and tires in case of damage they would repair or replace them. When I called up there to use the warranty all I got was we don't do anything like that. So what exactly did I just purchase? I will never go back there ever again. Lesson learned if you are interested in Mitsubishi vehicles go to Easley Mitsubishi they are way better.

I wish I could give the service department a zero....

I wish I could give the service department a zero. Made an appointment for a safety recall that only takes 30 mins. When I arrived, they said they had no record of the appointment even though I could show them the email confirmation! Did nothing to try to fix their mistakes, instead blamed me. Horrible service!

This place has a lot of red flags. I tried to sche...

This place has a lot of red flags. I tried to schedule an appointment online. All of the schedule was free so i picked an early mourning time 7:30. Tried to log into their website to check and was greeted by the website is insecure if you dont mind your username and password being sent in plain text across the internet please log in. I tried calling multiple times at 7am and no one answered. When I arrived they didn't have my appointment and told me they could work me in if I left the car. I tried to schedule another early appointment and was told. We do open at 7 but the technicians don't come in till 8 and those are only drop off appointments. Hmm, the courtesy shuttle only starts at 8 why would anyone drop thier car off before 8? The service advisor computer went down, but he refused to call back when they had open appointments. He said I will schedule you at your requested time. I might go to the appointment or try the dealer in Easley. If this is how the service department runs I would definitely not buy a car from them.

I went back to give them a try. They seemed to go be great until. I looked at the oil sticker and they put the wrong oil verocity on my car. It does say my car will accept 5w20 but it isn't recommended. I was told when i called that the sticker comes pre printed with the 5w20 the mileage and date for my next service must also come preprinted.

Worst experience ever!!! The salesman we worked with was completely clueless on how to do his job! He made a mistake on the paperwork on information I repeated to him 5 times and showed him! Power went out so had to wait till next day to sign papers. Went back next day and they go back on how much they were giving me for my trade in, because of the mistake. Then the salesman had the nerve to say that I told him wrong!!!! I think not. I was just upset but NOW I am just ticked off. T

I can't imagine a better representative for Dick Smith Hyundai than Blaine McIntosh. Blaine was thorough when I bought my new Sonata in August. I have been back to the dealership to take advantage of services offered and each time I have been there, Blaine has seen me, stopped and spoke and even remembers my name. It is a real pleasure making a trip to Dick Smith Hyundai! Thanks, Blaine!

Looking at a luxury car (Lincoln, Equus, etc.) and I expected a certain level of competence. The salesman had been selling cars for two months and told me he would be leaving in another two months -- inspiring great confidence! He was untrained. He couldn't answer technical questions at all. On a test drive, he figured a range of 12 miles' gas was OK. I asked about a comparison to BMW. He couldn't answer with facts so he pulled out some "friend told me" crap. He never followed up. If he is representative of their sales, Service, and honesty, I am not interested in anything they sell. I wouldn't buy a back-row beater from them, let alone a $50K car.

My wife and I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sante Fe back in March 2015. I would have to say that my salesman Lance Hammontree really made my experience great. Lance and I kept in touch for several months about buying a new car. He never gave up on me. He finally found the right car and pricing that worked for our situation. He followed through on every promise he made unlike many other car dealerships, lots of broken promises. If you're looking for a car whether it be a Hyundai or whatever kind of car go to Dick Smith Hyundai and ask for Lance!

I guess they took my rating out? But anyways I'm back to say what I said before. They are liars, the guy handed us the papers without our verbal consent on the maintenance deal that we never wanted and then we tried to cancel it within 30 days as well and they said it was taken care of but it was a bunch of bull. We are still paying for it! We said we would buy the car and walk out the door with the amount they agreed with tax included and they tried to slip in 3k extra for the maintenance fees and crap that we never said yes to. The car itself is very nice but the deal they thought we were never gonna notice that they slipped in extra stuff. What's funny was they said it was taken care of and then we called the maintenance company and they never received cancellation papers which was suppose to have our signature and the dealerships signature- uh never signed no papers for any cancellations. I'm still keeping my car because I love it but I would NEVER recommend this place. It's been 4 months and they never bothered to ask us about the cancellation stuff. Which is upsetting because it is not like we are going to get our maintenance full refund back since they said they cancelled it within 30 days which they never did, gave us their personal number and won't even pick up either lol. I'm not really a negative person but this time I got to lay my foot down. Never got floor mats from
Them either, called twice and they said they will call us back when they find some to match my car.

I really needed a reliable car. I am in the process of moving to Charlotte, NC for a teaching position. My parents live here in Greenville, SC so I will be spending a lot of time driving up and down Interstate 85 on holidays as well as some weekends. I did my research online and knew I wanted a Hyundai Elantra. I emailed the dealer yesterday and Lee responded to my email in less than 10 minutes, which was pretty impressive. I went to the dealership this morning and was honest with Lee that I have less than stellar credit. He took me on a test drive and told me to make myself at home once we got back to the dealership that he was going to work with his manager, on getting me the car that I had just fallen in love with. In under an hour Lee and his manager, Jason, had worked their magic and I was signing paperwork. I cannot say enough about Lee's professionalism, it is evident that he truly cares about his customers. I would suggest anyone who is in need of a new or used vehicle go see Lee Gilliam at Dick Smith Hyundai!

Lee Gilliam, Gordon Orr and Jason the finance guy were all wonderful! Lee was waiting outside for us when we drove in. He tried to make the entire purchase experience as stressfree as possible. I am sure it was an effort. We are high anxiety folks. Gordon was so full of info and assistance. Even Brett (?) the business development guy checked in on us. NO HIGH PRESSURE! Absolutely worked with us! Treated us like royalty!

By far the best experience I have EVER had a a car dealership. Todd was very knowlegeable about the cars he showed us. He went out of his way to make sure that my wife knew about all the features of her new car right down to programing the car to meld with her phone. He ordered extra keys and fobs with out us asking. Please give Todd a very commanding view of your guests so they can too receive the high level of care he showed us. Without doubt I will buy my next car from Todd. Thanks

We went to this lot looking to purchase for my son...

We went to this lot looking to purchase for my son in the military in NC mid week on the 10th I believe, who wanted a Camaro SS and needed it before leaving Friday, we went to this location because his twin brother Landis often stopped by looking at Nissans with his girlfriend. Landis also wanted a Camaro in Burgundy but insisted on an SS as well.
Landon went with a beautiful red RS that we were able to explain to him has a smaller engine and would be better on gas with him traveling. The lot had a burgundy RS as well but Landis wanted to go to Atlanta to look at an SS which we did on Saturday with no luck so we returned and purchased the burgundy from Jarvis Smith on Saturday and was in and out in no time as we were with Richard Conova on the 10th. Both of my sons are very pleased with the cars they got - excellent work :}

Lee greeted me as I approached the building, smiling, cordial, and extended a friendly handshake. I was already driving a leased Hyundai and came to settle a dilemma I was in with my current lease.
I just moved to Greenville, SC and had difficulty trying to register my out of state lease and was not quite ready to take on a new lease. Lee and and his immediate superior made me feel comfortable and confident that I could work out my problems. I left that evening with a new 2014 lease and a happy woman and was able to alleviate my registration issues.

Blaine McIntosh had come highly recommended from a close friend that had just bought a Hyundai. I arrived at Dick Smith Hyundai to find Blaine waiting on me. Blaine was very personable and knowledgeable about Hyundais. I quickly selected a Hyundai Sonata and took a test drive. After experiencing, Blaines' laid back, non pressuring sales presentation, I quickly bought the Sonata. I would avidly recommend Blaine to help you with your next vehicle purchase.

I went to the dealership just to look at the Hyundai's that they had on their lot and I was immediately greeted by Lee Gilliam. He was very informative and helpful in answering all of my questions and offered to let me test drive the vehicle I was interested in. I wanted to bring my husband back to test drive the cars I was looking at and returned the next day and we test drove a couple of cars to make our final decision. We never felt rushed or pushed into purchasing and he made our car buying experience with Dick Smith very enjoyable. He worked with us on getting the best price and payment that we were comfortable with. I highly recommend Dick Smith if you are considering a new or used vehicle. Good Salesman are hard to find especially when buying a car, and Dick Smith Hyundai in Greenville has the best salesmans of any dealership I have ever been to!! Thank you once again Lee Gilliam for making sure my car buying experience was hassle free, and for always taking care of me!! This is my 5th vehicle I have bought from Lee at Dick Smith and they haven't all been Hyundai's, but I knew that they would go out of their way to help me find what I was looking for.
