The apartment occupied by us n the seventh floor. 3 has not satisfied us at all. Although large and with 2 bathrooms, it immediately presented problems. From the kitchen came a stench infernale.Abbiamo kept the door closed throughout the living room with open window but nothing to do. The air conditioner gave problems started to drip and we had to put a bucket to not flood. The only positive things were the proximity to Sagrata Familia and the kindness of the guy at the check in.

The apartment they assigned us was terrible, furniture deteriorated, uncomfortable beds, little space, little kitchenware, unpresentable bathroom. The pictures they put of the apartments have nothing to do with reality. They charge a cleaning fee when it had to be included in the price. It has been disappointing. The only good thing that it has and that in my opinion do not take advantage, is the location.

great place to stay both as a family and as a group of friends! From the balcony overlooking the street you can see the Sagrada Familia which is about 500 meters, and the prices are not very high, recommended!

Appartement 1-2 stank of cigarettes. Was dusty. Couldn't sleep due to noisy neighbours above. Noise from street kept kids awake. Solved a problem as we needed somewhere to stay in Barcelona for two nights but would not go back. Airco in living room buzzed every five minutes so it had to be turned off to sleep. It was the peak of summer so that was no fun. Plus side, it had a washing machine so we could wash all clothing between camping but that's about it.

Great little apartment, with everything we needed to make our stay in Barcelona easy. Would definitely stay here again. It even has an Italian coffee press, and the best shower I have EVER had (and I've stayed in a lot of places and had a lot of showers)!

Prior to our arrival, I received approximately eight emails from them asking me to fill in a few details to make my check-in quicker. The username and password supplied didn't work. I told them this three times and their response was to send me the same request multiple times. This was infuriating to say the least, and a sign of things to come. Our check-in was good, except we were not expecting to have to pay in full before our stay was over. On arrival at our apartment we understood why they wanted to be paid upfront. The apartment was tiny, and much smaller than the photos made it look on the website. I expected basic, but not this small. Only one of our two cards worked to unlock the apartment door. There were only 5 clothes hangers for 3 people! The view from the balcony was very nice. Our first night was awful. The two beds in the bedroom were incredibly squeaky, and made a terrible noise every time either of us moved. Thus resulted in both if us being woken up constantly through the night as the other moved during our sleep. We were exhausted the next morning. After complaining to the management, I was rather condescendingly told that wooden beds all make a little noise. The four wooden beds in my house don't make a sound, and this was like nails-on-a-blackboard type sound, not a distant rodent. I've tried to upload a video of the noise so you can make up your own mind, but to no avail. It was ridiculous. Our companion on the sofa bed did not fare well either. He found it extremely uncomfortable and was disturbed throughout the night by noise from the air conditioning unit, which was actually switched off. The hot water in the shower ran out after two of us showered for around 3-5 minutes each. We went down to the office (up the street and around the corner) to complain the next morning to find it was closed for the weekend. Not good at all. Our solution to the squeaky beds was to put the mattresses on the floor, which solved the noise problem but was very uncomfortable. We had to choose discomfort over being woken up many times during the night. On Sunday morning we decided to go to the terrace to relax before going out for the day, only to find the door locked at 10.30am, 2.5 hours after it was meant to be open. My emailed complaints fell on deaf ears. Avoid this dump like the plague.

The apartment is very easy to find, it is located on a main road, it is a short walk from the center and public transport. It was very comfortable with large balconies where you can sit comfortably fuori.Dotata of all the main facilities that a person needs, such as pans for cooking, air conditioning, wi-fi, safe and television. absolutely recommended!

Very good location, close to the subway, you can safely get to any part of the city. Apartments very good level. Captivating is the view from the public terrace for guests, at the sight of Sagrada.

Pretty nice location, close to the metro. Unfortunately, no parking - you need to look for something in the area. We parked 200m from the apartment in the Manhattan parking lot :) for 70 for 3 days. Check in at the office 100m from the apartment. Check-out by leaving the keys in the apartment and slamming the door. There is access to the attic laundry room and roof terrace. Rooms clean, budgeted, but at this price you do not expect fountains. Everything you need to live. Little dishes (plates, cups). The building has a fantastic elevator from the old days.

The person in charge of giving us the keys to the apartment was super nice and explained everything very well. He also offered to keep the suitcase on the day of departure until we took the plane. The apartment in general was very good, just some door that did not close well but otherwise no problem. The only problem is that we were 7 and the hot water did not arrive for 7 showers in a row. Otherwise great.

The place was a bit old and chilly at night. Shower had to be held with one hand. But a nice big place and the receptionist spoke perfect English. Elevator works. Good value for little money. Location worked great for us.
