Bad service. The service guy was not there when i arrived, had to wait for him. I had a phone in a box that i wanted to send, he opened a box without my permission, examined the phone and said they don't send damaged phones, even if it's just cracked screen. My entire visit was for nothing, he could have at least been nice with me.
Slow service, but I was able to get liquids cleared from customs for a show. Helpful staff.
received my package from USA in 4 days, in the branch i got it so fast, all employees were great dealing with me, from the security guards in the parking and entrance, to the front disk of package collection, thank you all

Very low quality of service, don't work on Saturdays even for Express deliveries, however their competitors on local market work well during holidays and weekends. Very slow speed of processing customs docs by DHL Brokers, don't do their job, couldn't get any result until came personally to the office. Don't recommend, if you have any choice - select different provider, this one is complete bottom of the client service. Don't deserve even one start, I'd give them zero.
Very incompetent staff, will do anything so as not to do their job until there is absolutely no excuse left not to do it. Incredible time wasters! Avoid DHL in Ukraine if you can.
