Very low quality of service, don't work on Saturda...

Very low quality of service, don't work on Saturdays even for Express deliveries, however their competitors on local market work well during holidays and weekends. Very slow speed of processing customs docs by DHL Brokers, don't do their job, couldn't get any result until came personally to the office. Don't recommend, if you have any choice - select different provider, this one is complete bottom of the client service. Don't deserve even one start, I'd give them zero.
