Bad service. The service guy was not there when i arrived, had to wait for him. I had a phone in a box that i wanted to send, he opened a box without my permission, examined the phone and said they don't send damaged phones, even if it's just cracked screen. My entire visit was for nothing, he could have at least been nice with me.
