If I could put 0 stars I would do it. If you need solicitor's help never ever go to DH Law Ltd, in Hanwell, the most useless solicitors ever. Will promise to help you, take your time and money but at the end will leave you with your case alone. The judge could't stop repeating how unprofessional they are. Please save your money and make sure you are getting right advise.
From my personal experience I would strongly advise anyone to stay away and avoid this firm. They wrecked my case and basically forgot about me for over a year and then tried to blame Legal Aid for losing my files. The staff are rude, dishonest and inept. 1 Star is simply too generous. More like one black hole if that was an option. Absolutely horrible find yourself another firm any firm!!!

they use a call centre to take receptionist calls. the man asked if i wanted fire, ambulance or the boy racers (the former plod). such cost cutting measures does not bode well. may be a hologram conducts interviews from a film studio somewhere.
Seemed on the ball when I first visited last August s handed over fee as requested since then nothing has happened I email them they promise to call me back but never do. Met the head of practice at a community meeting she said she call me next day, I'm still waiting. They obviously don't want to deal with my case but they should have said so instead of stringing me along. So folks be very wary before you instruct them you might be left dangling for months!
