Synergy gets two thumbs up, 5 stars, a high five, and everything else positive I could say about them. I had them redo a 4 story hotel's entire guest WiFi system and am 100% satisfied. I had so many issues before that I thought I'd never have a WiFi system that people would be satisfied with.

After they completely redid the wiring and ran all new access points, everything worked as simply as operating a light switch. It just WORKS. Nothing complicated and nothing tricky. My customers are so happy with how easy it is to use our internet. Their customer service is also spot on. You can tell that they are educated in what they do and take pride in their work. Pricing is also very fair, and I have recommended them to other people in my business network. I will be using them again in a new construction project in the next few years because of their professionalism and ability to deliver on what they promise.

Sorry for the long review everyone, but these guys deserve the praise! Thanks Synergy for everything!

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THESE PEOPLE WAS SIMILAR TO THE LAST REVIEW . I ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE SERVICES THEY DID AND DIDN'T OWE THEM ANY MONEY AT ALL BUT THEY SUED ME BECAUSE I WOULDN'T LET THEM CONTINUE UNLESS THEY GAVE ME A REPORT FOR THE WORK THEY WERE DOING
THEY KEEP ATTORNEY "DON MATTHEWS" IN THEIR BACK POCKET AND HE TOLD ME THATS HOW HE GET PAID..SUING AND WINNING.
SYNERGY NETWORK COST ME A WHOLE SEASON OF BUSINESS BECAUSE THEY BROKE MY WEBSITE LINKS MOVING IT AND THEN TOLD ME IT WAS AN OLD WEBSITE THAT THEY HAD TO REPAIR OR REPLACE FOR ABOUT $20,000. KEN BOYD (ALLEGED OWNER) IS A TWO FACED LIAR....DONT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU!!

We have used Synergy Networks for our IT needs and they built and maintain our website. The costs are reasonable, the service and their response time has been excellent. Rich and Lori have been good to work with.

THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR EMPLOYEES . **Do not do business with Synergy networks**. I worked for Synergy Networks and I was not paid my last paycheck. Ken Boyd would not answer my text messages or emails. Finally when he did answer my emails about not being paid he admitted that I did work however, would not pay me the amount due. DO NOT WORK for this company. They can not deliver the services that they are trying to sell, let alone pay you for your work. As you can see in other reviews, they make their money from suing companies that do not want to continue business with them. Currently they have only 1 service technician because all the others have left to competitors. Do your research. Check all reviews on Bing and Google.
