Seemed on the ball when I first visited last August s handed over fee as requested since then nothing has happened I email them they promise to call me back but never do. Met the head of practice at a community meeting she said she call me next day, I'm still waiting. They obviously don't want to deal with my case but they should have said so instead of stringing me along. So folks be very wary before you instruct them you might be left dangling for months!
