Dear all existing customer of DGS projects, I just want to know, one of project of DGS in Hanuman nagar Kandivali East, I visited there and I am interested to buy a property which is on plinth level, they told me possession on Dec 26, should I go with this or not? What is them delivery promise %? Please let me know before I investment in there project. Thanks in Advance

Taking permission to build three floors above building after two years of people stabilized in building than water, electricity and lift problem and there is % loading which is not there in any other buildings...

It's totally waste of money,if u plan to buy property in DGS group.....coz they pass the wrong information,No manners to talk, very often no reply to call.......overall I must say "THEY ARE ALL CHEATERS".
DGS group is Very unprofessional company . They will give you false promises during flat booking , once token amount is given & flat is booked DGS staff will not give you any after sales service. der marketing head Mr Tiwari is very unprofessional & he doesnt care about customers problem . Directors of company are not reachable, Accounts department is useless they dont know any accounting practices , rules & regulations . From last three months i am following for my booking amount refund but nobody is replying to my phone , emails.The cheque also dishonoured due to insufficient funds in DGS account but they really dont care abt this big default . They will not show you any papers related to project at the time of booking , They are also doing marketing & Sales of flats without any RERA registration ( Which is illegal nowdays). Please dont do any deal with DGS group , Dont put your hard earned money into any of DGS projects . DGS is the worst redevelopment builder in Mumbai dont do any redevelopment agreement with them . Be safe Be intelligent.
