Terrible roaches housekeeping came in room w/o permission searching outside was none stop ghetto s!!! Rude staff all around a waist of money

They rush you outta the room...if you late on pay!!! Betta pay UP

F- I stayed here for about a month. It was clean & friendly. After a week they told us we had to clean the room ourselves after $50 went missing. The telephone stopped working. So they replaced it. When the office called to make sure the new one was working, it was not. They blamed us ( we only took it from the office to the room ). Then when we tried to leave they tried to lock us out. I would not recommend this to anyone but people with no self worth.

It look good from the outside, but I never went inside a room.

I wish I could give a half Star the maid's are lazy and front desk service suck,its horrible she told me in the office i can Only get 3 cup's when I have 5 children (really) the guy this morning was verry nasty and rude to me and would not let me back in my room became their system sucks and my key stopped working. He said no I could not speak with the manager nor the owner after i requested to do so several times after i stepped outside to smoke and had a 2 year old and 10 month old asleep in my room. Then told me to get out the office before he call security on me and said he didn't care if I go to jail or not with my kids so yeah I called Dekalb county police department. Be aware that they do have a security officer who work for Dekalb police and he is in there Favor only so please do call the police when they start with that security mess because he is being paid to enforce in united staff favor.i been here for a while and never had a issue until now.

They have roaches in the rooms. When I told them about it, they got hella mad and had attitudes towards me.

Roach motel , they have bed bugs and the carpet makes you feet black , burn holes in covers,

It's ok for the area definitely better than it used to be

The staff is very rude in the office, roaches everywhere, fridge smells like spoiled meat, has the whole room smelling. Kids can not bounce basketballs but they can run around the whole building or get put out. They can ruin your whole day just by their attitude. Don't come here

Well first and foremost I must say thank God my car did not get broken into considering the area. I had a double bed room on the ground floor and it was completely nasty, I mean nasty I was scared too use the bathroom they need seat covers, there were dead bugs, Thank God they were not crawling. This room was falling apart my plastic key card would not work I had too play with that and it was not by any credit cards....The staff because your black feels like your every black person is the same and don't know how too talk to you. But have no problem taking your money. Overall it was a hell of a weekend.

Service is horrible, maid don't clean the room, the manager sleeps with the maid. THEY ARE DISRESPECTFUL, cops are always there because people always overdosing or fighting. It's really the worst place to be ....you better off at the motel up the block. P.S. ROACH CITY

We stayed there for a week until we closed on our house the water pressure in the shower was very low and never fixed like promised, room only clean when you move out, roaches in room, smell like smoke so very bad with a person with asthma like myself, halls smell like pee and people came up to me asking me if I knew where they could get something called hard.

Overpriced but relatively clean and comes with kitchen

Staff is friendly....rooms are clean as well..... however lots of hustlers stand out front of the hotel during the night; not to mention a hot spot for prostitution.

There's was nothing I liked about this hotel it has major bed bugs and once I reported it they tried to make it seem like I brought them also once they found them they moved me to another room and told me to leave my stuff in the previous room once I came back for my stuff they had thrown them away!!! Don't come here!

There was way too much commotion going on on the front side of the building on the ground level beginning from the time we pulled up we were afraid to even get out to look for the front office because of the back n forth pacing thugs and hustler keeping up loud conversations as if some people aren't there to actually rest and wind down every one wasn't getting a room to turn up or to just have sex andget high or whatever it is they were doing to keep them pacing all night until the sun was back up

Family member got a room there & there was no heat in she room

It's convenient to restaurants and stores. The gas station across the street closed early at 11/12pm. The owner took away all ice machines so you can come inside office to buy ice from them for $3. I had to switch rooms 3xs due to A/C unit not working properly. The 3rd I kept which ended up not to be any lamps by bed which mean the room had to be bright at all times. This place is really loud at night random ppl knocking on your door who you don't know or they talking extra loud outside in breezeway. Over all the kitchenette comes in handy to cook dinner instead of eating out everyday. The owner/Manager will give you extra time to pay on monthly rates. The ppl in the front office was very kind with good customer service. Be careful if you don't leave by 11am you will have to pay a extra $35 for every hour late leaving.

Nyc n good food n very nyc service all most fantastic

Call about there special witch they still have up when seaching and there over prieces for a month is 1300 dollars for little to nothing...That's a price for a 4 to 5 bedroom house this is sad....

After Staying at the United Inn & Suites in Macon, I had some work to do in Atlanta. Thought I would give there Decatur location a chance, since I had an excellent experience with them previously and I didn't want to take any risks, with trying another brand. The Front Desk Manager at the Macon location, contacted the Decatur branch and booked me a room. Anyway this is one of best Hotels in Decatur! The Rates are the best in the area! Front Desk Provided Great friendly Service! Room was Clean! Cable and hot water are great! I would recommend this hotel for quick and cheap stay! WiFi internet was fast. They had off duty Dekalb County Police as security, so that gave me an extra peace of mind. I would definitely come back!

These people are racist and handle black people like peasants with much disrespect.
We will be protesting and boycotting this location shortly.

I was there about 4 months & stayed in 2 different rooms, visited others in about 4 different rooms...NEVER saw 1 roach

Even though Im white-collared & am a small man (5'5 130) without any self-defense skills I never felt unsafe going or coming---even on weekend nights. Nor did i ever witness or hear about any violence.

BED BUG CENTRAL!!! And don't you dare make management aware of the situation because they will call you dirty and say you brought them to the hotel! I woke up with swollen arms neck and legs and to bugs crawling on the pillows and sheets. The staff is rude, it's ghetto, creepy men will knock on your door 24/7...save yourself the hassle and your money and look elsewhere!!!

THE ONLY PERK ABOUT THIS HOTEL YOU ARE NOT OUTSIDE MEANING AT THE TIME I HAD TO STAY I WAS HOMELESS CAUSE I WOULD'VE NEVER SPEND NO MONEY HERE A AGENCY PAID FOR MY STAY IT'S THE ROACHES FOR ME NOT TO MENTION THE BEDS ARE HARD AS HELL NEED I SAY MORE THE AC/HEATER DON'T WORK HAD TO GO BUY HEATERS N A FAN SO NO STARS FROM ME. PLAY AT YOUR ON RISK.

Less than basic rooms really need up grades in all directions t.vs bed. fridge so 1990's time capsule.

Experience was horrible they had bed bugs and they try to tell me I was lying and after they discovered them they sprayed the bed the bed and left it for the next customer I'm not the type to bash but don't stay here unless you have to

Umm they cook drugs here....it's a no from me dawg. Been coming around here for 9 months to visit family who stay here and this is horrific.

It is kinda overpriced for these rooms, with little to no amenities. Just saying.
