Our account rep, Christina, has been extremely helpful and made our office move as seamless as possible. The install techs were super friendly, helpful, and answered all of my questions/addressed all of my concerns.

I had the honor of working for DGA for over 10 years and can say without reservation that there is no other company that cares more about the security of clients or the quality of their work. From the initial sale to the installation to the central station monitoring, they take no short cuts and every member of the team works together to get it right. I left DGA more than 11 years ago but continue to send any and all referrals their way. I trust them implicitly to handle the security needs of any of my clients. I would challenge anyone to find a better, more competent, more caring, more professional company in the industry. I gladly share this review

So far, very good. Alex, our installer, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained the specifics of each item and help us configure the motion sensors and window/door sensors specifically for our house. Can't give five stars yet, since we haven't needed to follow up for customer support. Will update then.

DGA offer a reliable security service in my experience, but look at the small print on the contract before signing! They are one of the only security companies to sign people up to a 10 YEAR contract. They are also one of the more expensive companies in NY. They did not explain the terms of the contract to us before signing. Conclusion on DGA . Buyer beware!

DGA Security provides a 5-star service with both their customer service and security system. The cameras are top-notch products, and the technicians supervisor (Jose) that they sent for our installation was very attentive to my requests. I would definitely recommend DGA to anyone wanting CCTV and alarm system.

Very good customer service with short hold times and responsive, knowledgeable agents. Usually short turn around to schedule a tech visit (many times same day) especially for an emergency and on weekends. Overall, very satisfied.

DGA makes you sign a contract and that they do not explain the ridiculous fees or explain nothing just normal sign and then they have some microscopic letters that you cant even read when we wanted to cancel due to there high fees they said i had to pay the 1 year in advanced meaning almost 50K + legal fees. They are the worst dont get them.
