After 3 weeks you will receive a telephone call from DFD if I still want to report the damage to the insurance. What the employee should have said is that the three weeks were over and that I could no longer use it making the guarantee fund that it would cost me no-clam and more would pay the premium if I gave up on the insurance anyway. And the employee did not do that. Now we have paid the damage amount ourselves. If we had known this, I would have arranged it myself, it would have made us 270 euros. Then you have a feeling that they do not help you, but you work for the insurance company itself, you have no intermediary for that.
