Becka and Cohen were extremely helpful. They made the process of shipping some of my things across the country extremely easy for me. Very kind, professional and helpful. If there's a UPS location you should go to, it's this one...hands down.

Victoria was extremely helpful! I came in with a ton of miscellaneous items that needed to be packed up and shipped out - needless to say I was worried this would be a painful experience. Victoria was patient, very knowledgable and very kind. She got all my items shipped out painlessly. Best experience at a UPS ever.

Appreciate the service there, and the location is very convenient for me.

I was intending to use USPS services and they were able to do that with no issues. Not all UPS stores have that ability - it was nice to see.

Won t be coming here to print anything again. $2 f...

Won t be coming here to print anything again. $2 fee for printing in under 5 minutes . Which didn t actually happen because there s no easy access to a printer for customers. At FedEx I just plug my flash drive into their machine and print whatever I need. I spend less time and less money.

I am new to the area and wanted to ship something internationally. I ended up paying 9 times the cost of what I was shipping. I asked if I could do it cheaper elsewhere and the lady (who was nice) didn't know. Turns out USPS does it for a third the price! What a rip off. I didn't even get tracking, it's a slow shipment and there's a mystery $3.43 charge. Possibly for her taping the box?? Last visit to UPS.

Taylor, the sales associate, was a delight from the moment I walked into the Hyde Park/South Tampa store. The crew all greeted me warmly. I jokingly said I wanted to find the most "economical" (meaning cheapest) way to ship a package. Taylor took in every consideration, including AAA, to provide that discount. UPS is my company's preferred shipper. They are now my preferred way to mail/ship. Thanks Taylor!!

Today, after passing this store daily, was the first time going in. I'm a little disappointed at the look of the place. Don't get me wrong, the staff was nice enough, but having such a cluttered place with chip bags on the front counter and some half eaten bread, I just didn't feel like they were very professional.

I have been using the services at this store for the past 8 years. I now live and work farther away and will still drive to this location because of how great the service is every time. From a warm welcome, to the best attitude when taking care of my packages, to making sure I am in and out quickly. Highly recommend!

We've been using this UPS location for almost 4 years and they're always wonderful! Service is quick and everyone is so friendly and professional. Once my car battery died and I left my cell phone at work. They let me use their phone and gave me a jump. Now that's going above and beyond!

The user below has posted incorrect business hours for this UPS store. The correct times for regular business hours are as followed:
-Monday-Friday, the store is open from 8:00am to 6:30pm, but the last driver pick-up is at 5:30pm.
-Saturday, the store is open from 9:30am to 3:00pm. Only Next Day Air and 2-Day Air packages will be shipped on this day.
-Closed on Sunday

***During the Holiday season (beginning in December), the business hours are extended:
-Monday-Friday, open 8:00am to 7:00pm
-Saturday, open 9:00am to 3:30pm

This store also offers many other convienent services:
-Able to mail/ship through US Post Office
-BW & Color Printing
-Mailbox services with 24/7 access
-Faxing
-Notary
-Freight shipping

The girl that was working didn t know how to work ...

The girl that was working didn t know how to work the printer. She spent 30 minuets trying to print a poster for a customer while I waited. All I need to do was have a paper notarized, (which she knew), and this only takes about two minutes. All she had to do was say, Excuse me for a moment while I help this lady. I ll be right back. It was ridiculous!!

I have been making a point to visit this UPS locat...

I have been making a point to visit this UPS location because of the great service I get every time I visit. Victoria, the manager, is hands down the best always knowledgeable, always helpful, and always friendly. (Somebody give this person a raise!) It is worth the driving the extra miles for such quality printing and customer service. Thank you for a great experience!

Fast and friendly service always from this UPS location. All of the staff are super nice especially VICTORIA. She s always smiling, helpful, and respectful as well as willing to go above and beyond to take care of customers. Thank you to all who work at this location. Your hard work shows, keep it up :-) Also, if UPS charges more than USPS that s not this specific locations fault, they don t make the prices - UPS does so therefore shouldn t be blamed on them. Furthermore, from experience, shipping with UPS is far more efficient, on time, safer, and reliable than USPS.

If there was 0 stars that s actually what I would have picked. Came here to print a poster for my presentation. Handed me the poster without tube packaging or by packaging for that matter. When asked about the tube, the little salesguy had the effrontery to tell me I could check out Fedex. What?! Well since fedex also prints I guess you will no longer have my business.

I needed a chef's knife shipped as quickly as possible to an in-law in Georiga, and Kelly Rose, the employee on site at the time was quick to accomadate me. As she was packaging my item, a line of customers formed quickly and she made sure to acknowledge them with a proper greeting.

I love this place! My neighborhood UPS store (which has basically become my close-to-home satellite office) is always there when I need it. The staff is great and always have a smile on their faces, ready, willing and able to offer my assistance at the drop of a hat! Thank you!!

Shipped a package from here to back home in Wiscon...

Shipped a package from here to back home in Wisconsin. Item arrived busted. It was a Christmas gift. Employees were friendly however now that the package is going through the claims process - they have gone off the radar ignoring my emails to this store, to the manager, Ms. Willis. I emailed her on the 8th of Feb and the 16th of Feb. Neither got a response. Clearly it appears to me - they don't want to do any more lifting on dealing with the issue with UPS. Never mind the item broken was $90 from Sarasota Salvage - an architech salvage store that I had to drive to twice with regards to this issue. Add in the cost of shipping of approx $30. Add in my sister's efforts to keep leaving the damaged box outside her house and on top of that my brother in law drove the box to the UPS station in Milwaukee only to be told, they would not accept the damaged box there. I kept getting bounced between corporate and the UPS Store. It didn't seem either knew what the other was doing. The UPS driver in Milwaukee took 2 weeks to pick up the box. I've probably got $300 or more dollars of my time and money into this and still nobody has done anything to resolve the matter. Considering my shipping options are Fedex and the hopeless postal service, I'm pretty much high and dry. Next step will be filing a complaint with BBB. I'm guessing UPS has more damaged boxes during Christmas than any time of year so they try to deny as many claims as possible to keep their costs down. Think about it, you have drivers doing more volume than any time of year, they're out there hustling and probably throwing the boxes around more than usual, hence more broken items. That's just my personal theory. I normally go out of my way to compliment good businesses, this doesn't appear to be one of them worthy of that praise yet.

Wow. I cant believe that I paid $36 for shipping an identical package that I could pay $10 thru my UPS online service. This is a ripoff store. Sorry but this is not the first time I have experienced this kind of gauging at this location. Hence my 2 cents worth. Hopefully you swonjt make the same mistake.

This is the best UPS store that I've ever been to. The staff is so pleasant. The Manager ,Vicky, has always been very helpful with my orders and Kelly has provided me with exceptional accommodating service. This place makes you happy to support local owned businesses ..

Spoke to an associate there about setting up a temp mail box. She was extremely helpful and awesome attitude!!!! I like this, only issue was you have to pay a minimum of 3 months for a mailbox, which we can only need for a few weeks, $75.00 yikes
