Clean, quiet. Had a very enjoyable stay. Would definitely go back.

My husband is a lineman so we travel a lot. This has everything we want in an rv park!!! Friendly staff, beautiful pool & jacuzzi, and most importantly an awesome gym!

Love this place!
First impression- the quiet location... (apart from air force jets flying over every so often = THANK YOU Military!)...

Upon entering main office- clean grounds - well taken care of... thought & attention.

The Staff! Helpful- Kind- Enjoyable....

We're staying a year - & hopefully more. We've lived here a month & are so happy God led us here.

We're full time RV'ers & by far the best location we've stayed to date.

Destiny just redid their pool & spa & we can't wait to test it out! It's absolutely beautiful....

It's a neat thing to feel like family in a place like an RV Resort... people looking out for one another etc.

I absolutely give 5 .

Those who complain & fault find ... they'll do it anywhere & everywhere.

This is our third time here, and we have loved every minute. It is quiet, we love the trees, the sites are spacious and clean, the people are friendly and the management is great! Highly recommend!

Great rv resort staff was awesome. Many amenities great neighbors. Safe and secure.

I have not stayed here, but had to send a package to friends staying there. He is there for medical reasons and I sent this UPS package 2 day air to make sure he got it in time for his appointment.. The office there REFUSED delivery so it was sent back to me. Now, one week later, I am sending it out again. Thankfully my friends have changed parks so they might just get this important information this time. The office knew they were staying there so just how hard is it to accept a package and let them know it was in the office?? Most RV parks will allow you to receive mail and packages during your stay. I know I will not be staying here when I get on the road.. Just got a response from Destiny RV stating I am a liar. Uhh, no... I do have receipts from UPS.. more reason not to deal with these people..

They do not allow children more than three days. RV ing is for families. This is the most ridiculous thing I ve ever heard of at a place that is not senior living.

Clean, well maintained & updated older park. Spaces are cramped for big rigs with a tow. Friendly staff, level paved spaces. We would return.

My parents drove from the east coast to see my son and had reservations for months for this place. My parents called a few days prior to their arrival and was told that this campground no longer accepts kids. The person was rude and condescending. We informed them that their website does not reflect this change in policy, but we were told that the website is not affiliated with the campground. BUYER BEWARE.

tl;dr: campground under new management, website does not reflect the new rules.

CAUTION, PARK HAS POWER ISSUES
Stayed 1 night Fri 10th. Very hot in PHX that day, about 115. I could have stayed at a Thousand trails for free, but chose a quality park that woudl have solid 50A power. Destiny is very close to the IH10 so convienant. We arrived around 4PM and the power went out. A neighbor said it happens all the time in the summer. I ran generator for 45 min and they had it back on so tried again, but noticed both legs were not at 120V, Bad but i had to try.. it worked for about 45 min then the power failed again. They got it running and about 1 hr later i switched back to park power, but then voltage was even worse- one at 115 and the other at 105. I left a message on Saturday asking for a partial refund and they never gave me the courtesy of a return call.

Love it , nice place to stay. Great people. Laundry and grounds are kept up and security is 24/7

Very, very nice and helpful staff. The facility is very clean and extremely well kept. Only positive things to say, not one negative.

We have lived here 8 months now, and we wouldn't pick another RV park! The people here are awesome! They care about their guests and work very hard to keep a clean friendly park with lots of activities! Mark and Kat are amazing people and great managers! We love that we can call this place home!

Great destination. Perfect location if you need to be close to the heart of phoenix but still be in a very safe private community.

We stayed at Destiny RV Resort on our tour of southwestern desert attractions. After staying two days in Flagstaff we had a easy drive to Goodyear and the resort. It is easy to find and was a step up in class from the Flagstaff KOA.

Destiny is a modern park will all the features you would expect in a park of it's price range. There is ample room between spaces, and many young trees that provide partial shade. As time passes the trees will provide a lot protection from Arizona's hot summer sun.

The park is very clean, as are the common areas, such as showers, pool, and clubhouse. The showers were protected by locking cubicle doors, providing safety and privacy. I would like to see more parks go with this

The office staff were minimally helpful, which is why it only 4 stars. They provided limited assistance, even forgetting to provide the shower/bathroom key at check-in. Staff we met on the grounds we far more helpful.

The location allows short drives to the greater Phoenix area, including MLB spring training sites and preseason games. You could also use it as a base camp for exploring southern Arizona's attractions.

Keep in mind that summer temperatures can be extremely hot, so I recommend spring and fall to avoid the heat. If you plan to visit make sure that your vehicles are in good condition. It's a big desert and getting help after a breakdown may mean a long wait time

Super Convenient location for RV lovers. I find they often have the most affordable rates in the area as well.

Destiny is a true RESORT . 5 star health club and shopping at the wonderful Resort General store.

Only stayed one night but park was secure and clean. Will be back to try out the pool and spa!

Even though there is construction going on it's been a great experience. They are making improvements that will only make it even more enjoyable. We came in with no reservation & they went out of their way to give us a great spot & make sure we had everything we need.

Amazing Location. Fantastic Health club. Beautiful Landscape/Decor. Huge Sites. The list goes on and on...

They only accept families for three nights or less, otherwise it is an adults-only facility.

Really had a good time parking the RV here, my children and I loved it.

This place is a place I wouldn t recommend for anyone that has multiple schlerosis if you have it or knows how the disease works it s good days and bad. My wheelchair is my bestfriend my legs as far as walking very far was taken after our last child was born. So Mark the manager informed my husband that I never use it just only when I came into the office to ask if he had talked to the owner of Park about are son being able to stay here, (there is no rules anywhere about this in writing) no kids allowed in park after 72 hours only thing verbally. There are so so many kids in this park and makes me wonder why us ??? Why can t we stay.... then it must be mark thinking I m trying to play a game with oh a wheelchair today is a good touch today not!!! I got a ride there to the front door the info he doesn t know that day mark and my daughters memory is much better than mine u had a good day that day mom. This time no ride just me and my wheelchair. A very expensive show off peice I guess . So kids r a gift from God and as far as ms it shows no warning. Plz don t use this park if ur a grandparent or parent I m both or have someone with ms .

Best Resort in the valley. I had plenty of space to park my motor home along with a large super duty truck .

This place is great, when everything is going as advertised. The pool lights have been broken for weeks, and we are kicked out at sunset rather than the 10pm we were promised in our contract. Today the pool is closed because it's green and needs to be tended to. It has been cloudy and getting worse for at least a week. I hate to complain, and I otherwise really like it here. It is not ok that the pool situation is what it is. Disappointing and hopefully all gets fixed soon

Extremely rude staff. The grounds are well kept and the park is a nice place to stay, however the staff was very rude to the point of feeling very uncomfortable for our entire stay. Especially the security. Stay away if you want a stress free stay.

Welcoming/kind/affordable/RESPECTFUL/clean- just a few words to describe living full time there for almost a year since moving here from out of state. Managers, Marc and Kat are amazing people who work hard to meet your needs by making a point to know you. They have encouraged me to participate in the fun activities they host since I was new. I have gotten to know cool, decent folks. Even the owners of the property made a point of introducing themselves. The laundry room is always clean. (kind of wish there was a coin machine or credit card usage for the machines for convenience). The gym is new/nice. This western motif resort is well maintained. Gated/security on property. They have a store & movie rentals. I call this more than an RV park, it is my home. Keep Destiny RV resort in Goodyear, Arizona in mind to call home even if its only for a weekend.

Optimal location for an RV Resort Off the 10 freeway in nearby the 303 access.

We really enjoy this park. The lots are spacious, the park is clean and tidy, and it's location just outside the metro area makes it convenient, but quiet.

It is NOT kid friendly. My daughter came to visit me and I watched her terminally ill son while she took his older brother swimming in the heated swimming pool which was very cold. One of the managers came and told her that kids were not allowed in the pool. She said I should read my contract which I did and I highlighted the section that said kids were not allowed without an adult. My daughter is 35 and her son that was with her is 9.

We paid six months in advance. We were not given the spot we reserved. We had to leave early do to the fact that our grandson took a turn for the worst and we needed to be closer to Phoenix Children s Hospital. We requested a refund and we were told no with absolutely no consideration. We asked for the name of the RV Park owner and both of the managers said the owners wanted to stay private and didn t want anyone to know who they were. They told us to write an email to them and they would forward it to the owners. They were both very rude.

They allowed loud party s to go on until 11:30 at night.

In the brochure it says that you can buy hi speed Internet from the office when I asked to purchase it the girls were totally unaware of it. The internet is pretty much nonexistent.

Very clean and organized place. Tightly packed and little privacy but definitely close to where we needed to be. A little spend with slow wifi. Price could be lower overall for value.

Overall, very happy here!
Spacious sites, clean well kept facilities, awesome pool n spa. Variety of equipment in workout area. Staff efficient, and for the most part friendly.
Downfalls:
Last few weeks water shut off at least once a week due to system leaks (fixed same day)
Have not been able to access common room to use lending library.

Super friendly and super welcoming. Everyone was kind and the entire place felt like a neighborhood of people that you grew up with your whole life! Definitely a great park

Large sites, plenty of room for pets with 2 seperate dog areas, plenty of nice citrus trees, affordable rates, great health club free access with your stay. I will be back soon to most likely look into a longer visit next time.

Destiny RV resort is very clean and quiet. Great customer service, I will go back.

This place is miserable for families that has children , no kids allowed . So when did that change came in for a rate quote in middle of feb. 2018 and said 1 child and 2 adults we just don t have space right now . Come back months later a lot of kids here and told only 72 hours then kids have to leave. Why isn t that in your rule book. Or is it that just because you like the annual pay up front people and the under 55 crowd is not as welcomed . The 55 and over rv park is well marked right up the street maybe if u did that it would be less of a shock!!!

I was starting to plan my family annual road trip, every year we leave from Temecula, CA and head for the east coast. We like to use Good Sam to help us find the best of the best as far as RV resorts, which lead us to Destiny RV Resort. I called them in advance after reading the comments about the children not being allowed to stay thereand found it was the farthest thing from the truth. (Can t help but wonder if it s coming from rival parks?) Anyways, I couldn t be happier with my stay, all immenities were as advertised, 5*. We drove in without calling and got a space for the night. Clean, spacious, clean restrooms and showers. Very friendly and helpful. Ordered pizza and had delivered.

Plenty of room, huge sites, wonderful shade trees and some of the finest ammenities I have ever seen in an RV Resort. In fact, The gym at Destiny PHX is probably the largest and most state of the art fittness facility I have ever seen in any RV Park in the entire USA.

We have stayed at different parks in the Goodyear area and this one is the best. Even though priced a little higher, it is worth the difference. Fruit trees throughout that you are welcome to pick from. Very friendly staff. Park wide activities. 24 hour security and entry controlled. Definitely on our list of parks we will return to.

I just called for details on availability and rates. The woman rudely replied with a scoff upon asking whether I had children in my party. She then continued with, " We aren't taking children long term." Rude.

Great park, snow bird here. I have been coming for many years and have no plans of changing my mind. This is by far the best RV resort in the entire phx area. Check out the gym, pool and pickleball courts!

Huge rv park. Los of spaces and clean. Friendly staff.

Management not good, tree limbs falling on coach and their response was "You have insurance so why are you worried". JUST BAD. so we left the park ASAP! To all. GOOD LUCK!

Stayed here for 5 nights on recent stay. Very nice experience. Office staff and security were very friendly and professional. Facilities and pool were great although limited use due to cold weather. Great to have an orange tree with fresh oranges right next to the camper. Very quiet at night and secure. Nice level pull through sites. All the residents encountered were very friendly. Good access to I-10 and the 303. Would definitely stay here again.

This location is perfect for my golf trips this time of year. I stay here year regularly because this place simply is the best resort RV location in the entire state. Whether catching a Cardinals game or maybe of 18 holes of Golf, and on-site ammenities unlike any park I ve ever seen .. (Huge Fittness Center, Sports Courts Pickleball, Mini Golf, 3 Dog walking areas, food/drink stocked Convenience Store, Free Wifi , ETC.)

The manager hides in his room on second story taking photos of your children in the swimming pool. He even admitted to it when confronted! We called police on manager. He started deleting photos from phone before police showed. Police got our money back and kindly escorted us out of this CREEPY RESORT! STAY AWAY!

This place is nice, but there are three reasons why I won't ever stay here again. The first is that it's near an airforce base, so there's incredibly loud jets flying over all day and night. The second is that they knew we had a 35 foot rv with a tow when we reserved it, but our space was too small when we got here. I had to park the car in the lot. The third is that there is a chicken farm right down the road, and when the wind is just right, it smells pretty bad. I am completely shocked that people are saying this is the best rv park in the Phoenix area. At least it's safe, clean, and has a bit of greenery, which is a rarity around here. Seriously, guys, my rv is shaking right now from the noise of a plane overhead. It's nuts! Never again.

Pool was closed for no reason at all! Asked why and it was stated that manager said so. I would never come here for a vacation or leisure stay. Stupid rules and +70 stuck up attitude. Pool area smells like a sewer.

.... remnants of tropical storm!? It hasn t got here yet. There are clouds and 5mph winds.... storm won t get here until late tonight.

We only stayed for 2 nights... very nice and very clean.
Some of the nicest restrooms and air conditioned... Mark and his wife are very nice and helpful...
We too ordered pizza and it was delivered... we'll be staying again.

Staff was very accomodating and the resort had some really amazing ammenities. My wife and I enjoyed the convenience store most of all.

The worst RV park I have ever visited
The pool water was green, the management show a disdain for their customers. Evident In note in their shower "please do not remove shower head, believe it or not some people actually do this".
You need a key to enter pool, bathroom, gym, laundry room etc. You cannot go from the pool to the bathroom without a key. They charge a deposit of $5.00 and so if you have children, you'll need a lot of keys
The office doesn't open til 8 am so if you leave early, you have to figure out how to get your key deposit back
We left ours in the mail slot and asked for a check to be mailed, which they did
No cable, gravel sites. Absolutely the worst

In my experience staying in RV resort about the state of Arizona I would have to say that Destiny RV resort is by far one of the best experiences I ve had in recent years. The amenities were superb and staff was very friendly, I will most certainly be coming back soon.

Plenty of space for all my slideouts, also enjoyed the on site picnic tables and grills for the ease of camping. The Shade trees also make for a great addition in the summertime. Tip: ask for A premium site when available, worth the upgrade!

Clean, well kept grounds. A bit much on security. Need a code to get in, spikes at exit to get out. They charge $45.45 WITH Good Sam discount + $5 deposit on a key thats necessary for EVERY door. Unfortunately they were to busy to offer me the key at my check in & there was nothing written in their many "rules" book. The site was just a little wider than my RV, really stuffed in. The pads were level & concrete. I only hooked up to electric but I did use my surge guard. Good thing as my breakers blew in early evening during highest usage period. I'm on my way to a local RV place to see why my fridge & a wall socket no longer work! Weather here is wonderful.

Loved the pool and sauna, the weather was amazing which really made my stay even that much more enjoyable.

We are snow birds and have been making our home at Destiny RV Resort for 7 years. It has all the amenities you could want; beautiful pool and hot tub, new and well equipped gym, pickle ball court and putting green, exceptionally clean and updated laundry and shower/bathroom facilities. It is the perfect sized resort, not too big or too small. Plenty of pull thrus and all sites are paved with beautiful trees throughout the resort including cactus, palm, bougainvillea, orange, grapefruit and lemon. The club house is busy with functions and dinners making it feel like you belong to one big family. The management is second to none, Mark and Kat are wonderful people; knowledgeable, dedicated, hard working and caring. They welcome you with open arms and make you feel at home the moment you step inside. Join us, you will love Destiny!!! Kim and Gary British Columbia Canada

Nice, clean & cozy! Well maintained & quiet. Daily rate is a little high, but when you need a spot to stay at the last minute, it works! Monthly rate is typical for the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this park is amazing! We were VERY happy with the staff, the cleanliness, laundry facilities, the beautiful trees, our site, the pool area, the gym area (I didn t use but very well kept), the perfect location and we had great neighbors which was a bonus!

Great park, awesome ammenities and I loved the multiple dog runs for my little dogs.

I called and spoke to the manager Mark on April 1st 2019 and explained that I needed a spot and that I had three little dogs 11 and 12 years old along with a German Shepherd He stated that would not be a problem . I call back to finalize which lot and I am told that I can not have 4 dogs so now I have to find another long term rv place to stay and I have only short time left. I think that they need to get their rules straight and not change it for certain people. It is too bad as I was looking forward to staying there.

Destiny RV has undergone extensive remodeling including repaving, , remodeled restrooms et. cet. Friendly Mgmt. & Staff. Being an older park, it also has trees on some sites unlike any other park near here which actually provide shade. Very quiet location with close extensive shopping. Great freeway access. All in all, the best all over value and price combination we have stayed at yet. I hope they are a great success and recoup the obviously large investment they have made in upgrading. Not fancy, just extremely comfortable and safe with gated access.

This is an amazing rv resort! Extremely clean and tidy grounds, the friendliest staff I have encountered at a rv park/resort and you can't forget the amazing community.
