We just finished designing our first ever kitchen with Kristen at Deslauriers. She was such a dream to work with! Being that this was our first home she took the time to explain everything and show us all of our options. She really made the whole process a smooth and joyful experience. She made our vision come to life within our budget which was an added bonus. We loved hearing her input and her ideas were right on target with our vision. She shared her expertise in a professional but honest manner which we truly appreciated. Would highly recommend anyone who is looking to redesign their kitchen to work with Kristen from Deslauriers. She's the best!

We had the best experience with Deslaurier Cabinets. They came highly recommended through family. We remodelled both our bathrooms in our condo. Barb Purdy was an incredible resource and walked us through each step. Their selection was outstanding and their service even better. In fact they did such a great job one year later they are going to remodel our kitchen.

My parents just bought a new home with a ton of work done on it by Deslaurier: cabinets, countertops, etc. Simply perfect. In particular, I think someone in their organization possesses a trade secret on Quartz seems :). It was required of this choice for such a large slab on the side of the countertop of the center island closest to the fridge (see attached images) - can you spot it? ;). I would recommend Deslaurier for any kitchen needs - sincerely, perfectly done!

We had a great experience during an initial demonstration meeting. The staff was terrific and accomodating. The products on display seemed to be of decent quality and got us excited about our selections. On the other hand, the vendor required multiple onsite meetings with their design consultant. It was very inconvenient because the times scheduled were during work hours, and there was no flexibility with the customer's schedule. Your potential customers need to come first. It would have been nice if the design consultants worked with the customers' schedule instead of expecting them to re-arrange their workweek to attend numerous appointments. Most of these appointments are unnecessary, especially when the customer already knows what they want. It was unfortunate all of this happened because we honestly had a great experience during the first visit. My recommendations for Deslaurier are to work around your potential customers' schedules, utilize teleconference or video conference tools to demonstrate or present the products when a client cannot be onsite. Just be flexible with your potential client. You will have more happy customers.

Thank you to Alanna Wharton for a fantastic job in helping us design and put together our new kitchen. Alanna was very professional to deal with and delivered an amazing new kitchen for us. The measurements were right on and the schedule of timing and delivery were on time as well during these extenuating circumstances of COVID. The quartz, island and waterfall are certainly a highlight feature and friends and family have commented that the kitchen looks like it is right out of a magazine. Thank you again Deslaurier and Alanna for a job well done.

I've used this company twice and they are meticulous and offer incredible post purchase support. Attention to detail and quality is superior. They are not the fastest nor the cheapest but you will get what you pay for. Do not hesitate to use them.

We are so happy we chose Deslaurier for the kitchen and bathrooms in our new home. Our designer, Alanna Wharton is so amazing at what she does. She helped us refine our excessive inspiration photos to create a beautiful and functional kitchen that we LOVE. Don't be fooled by the display of awards at the Deslaurier show room, I can promise you that your kitchen will be far from looking like an award winning kitchen, unless you're ready to put up a good fight for it. Although the design process was relatively smooth and the selections are good, the delivery and installation was very sloppy and quite frankly looked like it was installed by amateurs. Multiple flaws such crooked doors and hardware, damaged parts that never should have passed quality inspection, etc. After-sales customer service communication is beyond horrible, so unless you have the time and energy to invest in supervising the work yourself, in endless phone calls and emails, I would looks elsewhere
