I got to the place and they were very nice. They even gave me a box to carry my flowers. Had no trouble at all. Would recommend this place!

Dave and his team did an amazing job at my Daughters wedding this past weekend. I was so nervous about size and fullness. Dalsimer went above and beyond our expectations. Everyone raves about the flowers during the ceremony and the reception. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Let me begin with this: our florals were gorgeous. Dave (our consultant) and his team are professionals and really know what they're doing when it comes to floral arrangements and decor. Our table arrangements were beautiful, they were delivered to our hotel on time, and everything was perfect for our ceremony.

However, where Dalsimer Atlas exceeds expectations in work product, their communication and helpfulness fall short of acceptable. When I was referred to the Dalsimer team from my venue, I was expecting exceptional, as they're a preferred vendor, but I was met with less than that. Our first meeting with Dave and his team went well--he seemed interested in my ideas and offered tips and tricks to help move those ideas along. When we received our proposal, we were a little sticker-shocked; however, after going through that proposal and editing some things we didn't need, the cost was more manageable. As I was a bride who lived approximately 5 hours away from my venue, my main point of contact with Dave and his team was via e-mail. I am also a student, so it was important to me to plan things far in advance so I could make sure my school schedule was uninterrupted by various planning meetings with all of my vendors.

Long story short: it took Dave 3 emails and six months (one message in January, another in March, and another in June) to plan my floral trial, as Dave did not have his schedule made in either January or March for the fall wedding season. As people book wedding florists years in advance, this was a little concerning. When I was finally able to book my trial, he was conveniently out of the office most of the days I was able to come across the state, which was precisely what I was trying to avoid by scheduling early, so my trial was booked for 15 days before my wedding.

Additionally, we received an e-mail from bookkeeping that we'd missed a payment in August. A payment that was over 75% of a final total that we hadn't been able to update because we were unable to meet with Dave until September, regardless of my numerous requests for him to meet with me. A payment that we'd been assured that we'd have the final details completed before this payment was due. We paid the payment and met with Dave later, however it seems as though their communication is lacking, but their payment schedule is quite clear, regardless of the circumstances.

Overall, Dalsimer's work was exceptional, but their communication and customer service could be better.

Not only does their design team produce the most creative decor, but they always overdeliver, give the best value for a variety of budgets, and exceed my clients' expectations time and time again.

Definitely recommend this place!! Masters of floral arts!!!! My fiance and I will be using them for our May 2020 wedding! We thought the meeting would take about 20 mins but took over an hour due to how thorough they were. There were things that we did not think of. They offered to reuse some of the flowers for the day for different parts of the wedding :) definitely recommend this place!

Lane is the BEST! We are thrilled with how amazing our wedding looked. It was PERFECT! We had our wedding at Deer Creek Golf Club, to which Dalsimer Atlas is a preferred vendor. We chose them because of their incredible design work and the quality of their work lived up to the hype... it was phenomenal. Lane & his team made the process seamless for us and brought our vision to life. We've received countless comments on how beautifully done everything was. Thank you for making our day so special!

Dalsimer Atlas is your one-stop-shop for all things floral and decor. They have a huge warehouse to show you all potential configurations and ideas for your event and will work with you every step. We had to change alot of our plans due to COVID and they worked with us, our wants/ideas and budget every step of the way to create beautiful pictures! Can't recommend enough!

I used Dalsimer for my wedding 25 years ago and fit various family events through the years. So when my 25th anniversary was coming up I ordered flowers for delivery by 230pm. Well they were quick to charge my credit card but tonight is my 25 th anniversary and no flower delivery. I m completely disappointed.

Dalsimer was listed as a preferred vendor through our Wedding Venue. We saw some of their work at our initial meeting and were impressed. They did an absolutely beautiful job on our day. The flowers were perfect. While they did do a phenomenal job, we were not as impressed with their communication throughout the planning process. They were not very timely in their email correspondences nor did they really give us a detailed planning timeline without prompting from us. Although, their payment timeline was very clear. They also make paying more difficult by requiring checks or money orders after the first initial payment which could be a credit card. We also felt that they took a long time to deliver the proposal and then even longer to deliver the revised proposal. However, they were able to come to a price that was within our budget without sacrificing our vision, which was excellent. One other thing, we were uncomfortable with was their gentle prodding to tip their staff who set up the event. Upon speaking with other florists, this is not a customary practice. Dalsimer suggested it and or brought it up on multiple occasions which made us feel like we had to, even though their suggestion was always followed up with, it is completely up to you if you tip. We found this to be tacky. Aside from the poor communication and the tipping issue, we would definitely recommend them as they did deliver on everything and really brought our vision to reality on our wedding day! We couldn t have been happier! We are also getting huge compliments from our friends on how beautiful our flowers were when they see pictures.
